★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perché se potessi darne -10 lo farei. La peggior gestione e mancanza di rispetto che abbia visto in un ristorante.
Premetto che era il matrimonio di mio fratello, organizzato già da mesi quindi loro sapevano a cosa andavano incontro. Hanno iniziato a trattarci male fin da subito, non appena arrivati, per il fatto che ci alzavamo ad andare a fare le foto in giardino con gli sposi e i fotografi. Non ci hanno fatto fare una foto in pace con l'insistenza di dover stare per forza seduti a mangiare manco fosse una PUNIZIONE. Oltretutto hanno CONTAMINATO mia madre, celiaca al 100% e di una forma pure grave, nonostante l'insistenza di mia cognata nello stare attenti fin da mesi prima e la loro convinzione di saper gestire il senza glutine. Mia madre ha passato la serata a vomitare e stare male, dico solo questo. Come ciliegina sulla torta, manco fosse abbastanza, ci hanno CACCIATI dal ristorante come degli animali alle 19 di sera, mentre eravamo in pista a ballare, con la scusa che "eravamo entrati nella fascia oraria della cena". Ci hanno letteralmente tolto cibo e acqua da sopra il tavolo, costringendoci ad andare via. IO E TUTTA LA MIA FAMIGLIA ERAVAMO E SIAMO ANCORA SCHIFATI DA TUTTO CIÒ. Vi dico solo VERGOGNATEVI.
 I give a star because if I could give -10 I would. The worst management and disrespect I have ever seen in a restaurant.
I state that it was my brother's wedding, which had been organized for months so they knew what they were getting into. They started to treat us badly right away, as soon as we arrived, for the fact that we got up to go to take pictures in the garden with the bride and groom and photographers. They didn't make us take a picture in peace with the insistence that we must sit and eat even if it was a PUNISHMENT. Moreover, they CONTAMINATED my mother, who is 100% celiac and of a very serious form, despite my sister-in-law's insistence on being careful months before and their belief that they know how to manage gluten-free. My mom spent the evening throwing up and getting sick, that's all I say. As the icing on the cake, not even enough, they chased us out of the restaurant like animals at 7pm, while we were on the dance floor, with the excuse that "we had entered the dinner time slot". They literally took our food and water off the table, forcing us to leave. MY WHOLE FAMILY AND I WERE AND ARE STILL SCREWED BY ALL THIS. I just tell you SHAME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was okay as they were quite slow for a Monday night. Surprisingly subpar pasta compared to other places we had gone in the area and in Firenze. A little too salty on the dishes, customer beware.
