★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the nicest people we have met in Italy. The food was fantastic.
The appetizer sampler allows you to try a few different things from the Tuscan region. We tried a single serving and added on the pâté to try as many different flavors as we could.
We only had a primi, but they offered to give me two half portions of lasagna and penne, so between my wife and I we tried 3 pastas. All were delicious.
Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area for very authentic Tuscan meal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly delicious and atmospheric. ? The kitchen is at the highest level, you can order all of the the most difficult-cook so high category that you definitely will not be disappointed. Also, be sure to follow the recommendations of this chic chef.
And... we returned a year later. And still wonderful, the food is absolutely incredible, the chef is the best in the world. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing. We came late for the delays on the highway and they kept the grill working for us beyond closing time. The owner and his daughter Cecilia were so welcoming and uncomplicated. Probably my fav restaurant in Tuscany. In the photo the Fiorentina we had. Incredible

The service was friendly, the outdoor seating by the park was lovely, and the food exemplified what homestyle cooking should be. Special standouts include the pastas and Sylvia's desserts, but everything we tried was sublime, well-balanced, flavorful, and delicious. The restaurant is worth seeking out, not just if you're near San Casciano in Val di Pesa; it's worth traveling for!
