Davvero poco sei.

Non ho avuto modo di comprare niente perché siamo state trattate con maleducazione e poi ignorate dalla segretaria (che indossava la mascherina sotto al mento all'interno dello showroom), nonostante ci fosse stato detto al telefono che alle 15 un venditore sarebbe stato disponibile. Dopo mezz'ora di attesa e vedendo la mancanza di rispetto delle regole anti contagio da parte di tutti gli impiegati, ce ne siamo andate.
The anti-covid rules are not respected. I didn't get to buy anything because we were treated rudely and then ignored by the secretary (who wore a mask under her chin inside the showroom), despite being told over the phone that a salesperson would be available at 3pm. After half an hour of waiting and seeing the lack of respect for the anti-contagion rules by all the employees, we left.

Ho chiamato solo io e dopo vari tentativi perché il venditore al cellulare non risponde. Al fisso molto scortesi. Non ce la comprerei più.
I bought the car, gave a down payment, and in ten days they have not been heard from again. I specify that it had to arrive after a few days because I am also in a situation of need. I called only me and after several attempts because the salesman on the cell phone does not answer. Al fixed very rude. I wouldn't buy it anymore.

Il personale è molto disponibile, cortese, competente e professionale, attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ogni passaggio, dal preventivo, passando per il contratto finale, fino alla consegna dell'auto; viene spiegato molto chiaramente non lasciando spazio a dubbi. L' offerta di servizi che offrono copre sia la parte di prevendita, che la post vendita.
The Auto Scotti 2.0 Dealership is located not far from the Pontedera exit of the Fi-PI-LI, in the "La Bianca" industrial area. It is the nerve center of the Valdera as regards the sale of Fiat and Toyota group cars, also providing after-sales technical assistance. The staff is very helpful, courteous, competent and professional, attentive to customer needs. Each step, from the quote, through the final contract, to the delivery of the car; it is explained very clearly leaving no room for doubt. The range of services they offer covers both the pre-sale and the post-sale part.
