A Castelfranco peggio tutti e 2 quello pelato e uno alto più giovane insomma secondo me il proprietario deve prendere dei provvedimenti perché così perde lui a loro dentro che ci lavorano nn gli ne frega un cazzo. per me e sconsigliatissimo. Sellers of this place do not want to miss watching you in the eyes figured if you ask him something or talk. Ci ho comprato un auto usata e me ne sono enormemente pentito, non per l'auto, ma per il personale che mi ha seguito, venditore e capo officina, problemi risolti al 50%, e continue prese in giro ( pensano forse che le persone siano stupide e facilmente ingannabili ). Not recommended. Little seriousness, to say the least. I bought a used car and I regretted it enormously, not for the car, but for the staff who followed me, salesman and workshop manager, problems solved 50%, and continuous teasing (maybe they think people are stupid and easily deceptive).

Il venditore ha ascoltato le mie richieste ma non le ha soddisfatte perchè mi ha detto delle cifre a voce sulle auto in vendita senza farmi vedere da vicino le auto e sinceramente non so come avrei potuto decidere di poter ritornare a vedere una vostra auto se al primo incontro ho soltanto ricevuto dei numeri restando in piedi vicino alla porta. Mi dispiace ma non penso di ritornare presso la vostra concessionaria. Buona giornata. I gave a low rating because the initial reception was not good. Consigliato. Devo dire che nonostante la giovane età ha saputo illustrare molto bene ogni specifica delle auto a cui ero interessato e mi ha messo subito a mio agio. Sia i venditori, sia l'amministrazione, sia soprattutto l'officina, dimostrano sempre di essere al massimo della disposizione, cortesia e competenza. Le mie macchine fanno tutte il tagliando da loro, anche se abito a 300km(saltuariamente vengo a trovare la famiglia ed incastro la prenotazione). Mai avuto un problema, ho sempre trovato la massima disponibilità e preparazione nel gestire le mie richieste(abbastanza puntigliose). Quindi lo consiglio caldamente a tutti! I have been a very trusted customer of this dealership for 7 years now, I buy about 1 car a year between myself and the whole family, also recommending it to friends. Both the sellers, both the administration, and above all the workshop, always demonstrate that they are at the top of disposition, courtesy and competence. My cars are all serviced by them, even if I live at 300km (occasionally I come to visit the family and I interlock the reservation). Never had a problem, I have always found the maximum availability and preparation in managing my requests (quite meticulous). So I highly recommend it to everyone!
