★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata sia ieri sia oggi in questo punto vendita che ho trovato abbastanza fornito. Alla cassa in entrambi i giorni ci stava la stessa signora che è stata scortese in entrambe le occasioni senza che ci fosse stato nessun problema. Recarsi in un luogo e venire trattati male e in modo così scortese mi lascia veramente amareggiata ed è davvero mortificante. Mi dispiace per il negozio, ma dopo un simile trattamento non ci tornerò più.
I went to this store both yesterday and today, which I found quite well stocked. At the cashier on both days there was the same lady who was rude on both occasions without there having been any problems. Going to a place and being treated badly and in such a rude way leaves me truly embittered and is truly mortifying. I'm sorry about the shop, but after such treatment I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente non ci tornerò più, mi dispiace ma il personale è scortese ed incompetente (almeno per la mia unica esperienza nel reparto elettrico), se lavori a contatto con il pubblico devi avere atteggiamenti ben diversi, sinceramente faccio fatica a capire tali comportamenti nei confronti del cliente.
Personally I will not go back there again, I'm sorry but the staff is rude and incompetent (at least for my only experience in the electrical department), if you work in contact with the public you must have very different attitudes, frankly I find it hard to understand these behaviors towards the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È abbastanza fornito, sebbene il settore ferramenta non sia nemmeno paragonabile al Bricoman a Pisa. Si possono comunque fare buoni acquisti, anche se alcuni prodotti non sono nemmeno da prendere in considerazione.
It is quite well stocked, although the hardware sector is not even comparable to the Bricoman in Pisa. You can still make good purchases, even if some products are not even worth considering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato due condizionatori e fatti installare dal loro tecnico di riferimento il quale però, a seguito del distacco di una copertura dopo solo due settimane dall'installazione, pagata tra l'altro in contanti subito, a distanza di circa un anno non è ancora venuto a sistemare il problema nonostante mie varie chiamate. Non credo ci siano commenti da fare sulla serietà del servizio.
Bought two air conditioners and had them installed by their reference technician who, however, following the detachment of a cover after only two weeks of installation, paid in cash immediately, after about a year has not yet come to fix the problem despite my various calls. I don't think there are any comments to make about the seriousness of the service.
