A	Andrea saettini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono intervenuti in reperibilità il 31/12, perché la caldaia (di 3 anni) era andata in blocco, ho pagato 70 euro ma il problema non è stato risolto. Sono tornati ad anno nuovo e mi hanno comunicato che avrei dovuto sostituire lo scambiatore primario (per un importo di 900 €),addirittura consigliandomi di sostituire l'intera caldaia. Dopo 5 giorni al freddo mi sono rivolto ad un'altra ditta che mi ha risolto il problema con una spesa di 170 euro. Tralascio le spese di manutenzione ordinaria effettuata annualmente evidentemente eseguita in maniera approssimativa. After 5 days in the cold I turned to another company that solved the problem for me with an expense of 170 euros. I omit the costs of ordinary maintenance carried out annually, obviously carried out in an approximate way.

Nonostante i controlli periodici, a distanza di 1 mese l'addolcitore ha iniziato a far uscire acqua salata in tutta la casa; per un preventivo 1 settimana di attesa. Ho fatto prima a rivolgermi ad un vero professionista! Delays in appointments, often even more than an hour without anyone notifying them. Despite the periodic checks, after 1 month the softener started to release salty water throughout the house; for a quote 1 week waiting. I first turned to a real professional!

R	Richy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, venerdi 08-04-2022 sono intervenuti per l'istallazione e messa in funzione di un addolcificatore ma sono rimasto totalmente deluso , poca professionalità, mancanza di rapporto col cliente, lavoro eseguito in fretta e furia senza curare i minimi particolari e mancanza di informazione sull'utilizzo della macchina . Sconsigliato Good morning, Friday 08-04-2022 they intervened for the installation and commissioning of a softener but I was totally disappointed, lack of professionalism, lack of relationship with the customer, work done in a hurry without taking care of the smallest details and lack of information on using the machine. Not recommended
M	Marco Frullini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON LI CONSIGLIEREI NEMMENO AL PEGGIOR NEMICO! Sono venuti due tecnici per cercare di risolvere un problema. Mi hanno detto che volevano procedere per tentativi… sostituire la valvola a tre vie, sostituire lo scambiatore (150 euro) e se il problema non si fosse risolto avrebbero dovuto sostituire l’intera caldaia di soli 3 anni! Ho chiamato un altro tecnico di un’altra ditta e mi ha risolto il problema in poco più di mezz’ora sostituendo un pezzo del costo di 30 euro! L’anno precedente li ho chiamati per il controllo dei fumi, nel rimontare la caldaia non hanno strinto una ghiera del tubo del gas, per fortuna ho sentito l’odore di gas appena sono rientrato in casa. Ho rischiato di saltare in aria! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO THE WORST ENEMY! Two technicians came to try to solve a problem. They told me they wanted to proceed by trial and error ... replace the three-way valve, replace the exchanger (150 euros) and if the problem was not solved they would have to replace the entire boiler for only 3 years! I called another technician from another company and he solved the problem in just over half an hour by replacing a piece costing 30 euros! The previous year I called them to check the fumes, when reassembling the boiler they did not tighten a ring nut on the gas pipe, luckily I smelled the gas as soon as I returned home. I risked blowing up!
