D	Dario Cavallini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una Opel Astra Station wagon presso la concessionaria Emmepi Auto. L'auto è stupenda e non c'è nulla da dire, ma ho un po' di critiche da fare alla concessionaria e alla Opel stessa. -Innanzitutto nel modo in cui viene pubblicizzata l'auto non è chiaro il fatto che l'impianto a GPL non viene montato dalla Opel ma dalla Landi Renzo. Ho ordinato l'auto il 26 Febbraio 2016 e doveva arrivare i primi giorni di Maggio. In realtà è arrivata il 18 Maggio, ma non l'ho potuta ritirare perché non aveva ancora l'impianto a GPL. A questo punto la concessionaria mi ha comunicato che per montare l'impianto occorreva un altra settimana. Una settimana si è trasformata in 3 settimane perché l'officina che doveva montare l'impianto, non aveva le specifiche aggiornate per far comunicare la centralina del GPL con quella dell'Auto. Mi sembra assurdo che la Opel non abbia fornito tali specifiche alla Landi Renzo visto che dovrebbe sapere che molte auto vengono equipaggiate con questo tipo di impianto. Il 15 Giugno mi hanno consegnato l'auto con il classico foro sul cruscotto sul quale viene fissato l'indicatore del GPL, peccato che tale indicatore non è fissato bene e ogni poco si stacca e rimane penzoloni. il 28 Giugno mi chiedono di riportare l'auto alla concessionaria per un collaudo e finiscono di attaccare l'indicatore del GPL. La macchina è ufficialmente in mio possesso dal 29 Giogno. I purchased an Opel Astra Estate from the Emmepi Auto dealership. The car is beautiful and there is nothing to say, but I have some criticisms to make to the dealership and to Opel itself. -First of all in the way the car is advertised, it is not clear that the LPG system is not assembled by Opel but by Landi Renzo. I ordered the car on February 26, 2016 and was due to arrive in the first days of May. It actually arrived on May 18th, but I was unable to pick it up because it did not yet have the LPG system. At this point the dealer informed me that another week was needed to assemble the system. A week turned into 3 weeks because the workshop that was to install the system did not have the updated specifications to communicate the LPG control unit with that of the car. It seems absurd to me that Opel has not provided these specifications to Landi Renzo since it should know that many cars are equipped with this type of system. On June 15th they handed me the car with the classic hole on the dashboard on which the LPG indicator is fixed, a pity that this indicator is not fixed well and every little time it comes off and hangs down. on June 28th they ask me to bring the car back to the dealership for a test and end up attaching the LPG indicator. The car has been officially in my possession since 29 Giogno.

Sono stata seguita da Paolo, persona competente ma soprattutto sempre disponibile e gentile. Ed anche dopo la vendita quando ho avuto bisogno lui c'è sempre stato. Consiglio a chiunque questa concessionaria e Paolo come punto di riferimento. I bought my Opel Corsa over a year ago and it was great. I was followed by Paolo, a competent person but above all always helpful and kind. And even after the sale, when I needed him, he was always there. I recommend this dealership to anyone and Paolo as a point of reference.

Ho ancora la macchina ferma da più di un mese x la seconda volta nel suo parziale e non sanno dirmi ancora il problema della macchina. Bought new opel grandland x hybrid car i have been walking x 3 times. I think he's the worst dealership ever known in service and availability. I still have the car stopped for more than a month for the second time in its partial and they still can't tell me the problem with the car.
