Mi avete valutato la mia come una macchina di 10 anni fa,la mia ne ha 2 anni e mezzo,e in officina per un piccolo problema risolto con 10€ da un altro meccanico di fiducia mi avete chiesto 450€ + Iva. Mai più da voi andrò a Livorno per il tagliando e tutto il resto tanto la garanzia non copre niente. Mi dispiace mai più Kia. Sono entrato nel salone con molta diffidenza, mi aspettavo il solito venditore "cordiale/sciacallo" invece mi ha ricevuto Erika, professionale ed attenta alle mie esigenze e disponibilissima a qualsiasi mia domanda. Guarda la mia permuta, fa una valutazione ottima, decidiamo insieme gli optional della nuova, troviamo l'accordo e mi promette che entro una settimana mi avrebbe consegnato la nuova. In realtà ci ha messo 5 giorni. Il prossimo acquisto sarà da GT Auto. Pure excellence. Parte del merito va sicuramente a Manuel, venditore e responsabile della sede di Pontedera, un ragazzo cortese professionale e sempre disponibile. Personalmente non faccio molte recensioni, se non quando ne sono veramente convinto. Mi sono sempre trovato bene anche con tutto il resto del team GT Auto. I can now consider myself a historical customer of GT Auto where I bought 3 cars for private use. Part of the credit certainly goes to Manuel, salesman and manager of the Pontedera office, a courteous, professional and always available guy. Personally, I don't do many reviews, except when I'm really convinced. I've always got along well with the rest of the GT Auto team as well.

Mi son fermato martedì 4 maggio 2021 mattina ore 10:00 circa per informarmi sulla lettera inviata dalla Kia, sul richiamo tecnico e sostituzione fusibili. La persona con cui ho avuto un brevissimo dialogo è rimasta comodamente a sedere a titillarsi sulla sedia, a destra e sinistra come se fosse al luna-park. A seguito della mia richiesta, l'addetto della Kia mi ha subito "demolito" riferendomi che fino a luglio non potevo assolutamente essere accettato dall'officina per la sostituzione. Ho ringraziato dell'annuncio fornito con sorriso del personale addetto, come se fosse piacevole da maggio essere rimandato a luglio, ed ho ripiegato alla concessionaria più vicina, a Pisa. Bene nella ricercata e subito trovata concessionaria GT Auto Concessionaria Kia Via Gioacchino Volpe, 7, 56121 Pisa, l'accoglienza è stata cortese e mirata all'interesse del cliente. Il Signor Pacini Andrea mi ha subito accolto, ascoltato e fissato un appuntamento per ieri venerdì 7 maggio. Sostituzione effettuata. Adesso posso dire di non essere dispiaciuto di Kia, anzi molto allettato e soddisfatto. Saluti cortesi. SECONDA RISPOSTA AL PROPRIETARIO- Non ritratto assolutamente la mia recensione sulla concessionaria di Pontedera. L'inconveniente si è verificato, non ho bisogno di modificare alcunché. Posso ribadire la mia ampia soddisfazione nei riguardi di chi a Pisa ha svolto con spigliata accuratezza verbale e professionale l'attività richiesta. Sono andato per il tagliando e per un problema alla frizione/cambio che non ha potuto verificare per mancanza di tempo mi ha dato appuntamento dopo 3 settimane......
