Pure io ho avuto un problema con un articolo , una canna da spinning comprata e usata 2 mezze giornate ; riparata da loro mi hanno presentato il conto.. "i cimini delle canne non sono in garanzia" .
Chiedete ed informatevi prima di comprare che altrimenti ci rimanete male.
Dopo aver contattato la casa produttrice , ed aver parlato dell'accaduto (aver pagato una riparazione con cosΓ poco utilizzo), mi hanno spedito a casa la canna nuova con mortificanti scuse e qualche gadget .
Great showcase, they have everything of everything.
I also had a problem with an article, a spinning rod bought and used for 2 half days; repaired by them they presented me with the bill .. "the tips of the rods are not under warranty".
Ask and inform yourself before buying that otherwise you will be disappointed.
After contacting the manufacturer, and talking about what happened (having paid for a repair with so little use), they sent me the new rod home with mortifying apologies and some gadgets.
