★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do 3 stelle perché sono cortesi e disponibili e se c'e ' un errore lo ammettono. Nel mio caso cambio olio senza stringere bene una rondella. Risultato:
Durante un viaggio piuttosto lungo ho perso olio senza rendermene conto. Lasciata l' auto in un garage privato mi sento chiamare e mi avvisano che hanno trovato una chiazza d' olio sotto l' auto. Prendo un taxi per cercare due litri d' olio per riabboccarlo e tornare a casa. 41 euro fra olio e taxi di domenica.
La mattina dopo torno da Italpneus che ammette che effettivamente la rondella non era messa bene.
Mi ricambiano tutto l' olio e fanno un buono spendibile in futuro...
I give 3 stars because they are courteous and helpful and if there is a mistake they admit it. In my case, I change the oil without tightening a washer well. Result:
During a rather long journey I lost oil without realizing it. Leaving the car in a private garage, I hear someone calling me and they tell me that they have found a slick of oil under the car. I take a taxi to look for two liters of oil to re-join it and go home. 41 euros between oil and taxi on Sunday.
The next morning I go back to Italpneus who admits that the washer was not in good shape.
They give me back all the oil and make a voucher that can be spent in the future ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto al Bosch car servire Italpeneus di Fornacette provincia di Pisa, per la sostituzione delle pastiglie dei freni posteriori. Ho preso appuntamento e devo dire che ho trovato un ottimo centro. Personale gentile e preparato, sia al ceck-in che in officina. Tutto è andato in modo perfetto. Prezzi davvero concorrenziali ed un servizio molto efficiente. Mi serviro' ancora di loro senza alcun dubbio. Centro assolutamente consigliato.
I turned to the Bosch car serving Italpeneus of Fornacette province of Pisa, for the replacement of the rear brake pads. I made an appointment and I must say that I found an excellent center. Kind and trained staff, both at check-in and in the workshop. Everything went perfectly. Really competitive prices and a very efficient service. I will use them again without a doubt. Absolutely recommended center.
