Cominciando nel migliore dei modi, provandola prima ancora di parlarne tecnicamente. Poi in ufficio, ricca spiegazione sempre in serenità e simpatia.Tutto ciò facilitato dal buonissimo prodotto della nuova gamma Toyota. Poi l giorno della consegna, ottima consulenza farcita da validi consigli da parte del signor Patrizio. Ci siamo sentiti sempre in considerazione e ben consigliati. Bravi tutti..

DUBBIO…???Ci hanno fatto pagare 110 euro per cambiare una nuova batteria valore di 25 euro. Recentemente ho scoperto che Il rumore ogni volta che si avvia l'auto, le ruote anteriori esploderanno quando il volante è pieno, ma scomparirà automaticamente dopo aver guidato per una certa distanza. Sono andato dal concessionario 2 volte e gliel'ho spiegato. Hanno detto che l'auto era buona. Se l’auto era buona, perché dovrei venire? …Per fortuna ho registrato il video per loro. Ma hanno cominciato a cambiare argomento .Non mi hanno dato una dichiarazione precisa, mi hanno solo detto di ritornare la prossima volta che farà di nuovo rumore. Ricordatevi che ho 3 bimbi da portare ogni giorno a scuola Almeno date ai clienti una garanzia di sicurezza
His situation is the same as mine. We bought the car in June. The battery was broken in August (FINISHED). DOUBT… ??? They charged us 110 euros to change a new battery worth 25 euros. I recently found that the noise every time you start the car, the front wheels will explode when the steering wheel is full, but it will automatically disappear after driving for some distance. I went to the dealer 2 times and explained it to him. They said the car was good. If the car was good, why should I come? … Luckily I recorded the video for them. But they started to change the subject. They didn't give me a precise statement, they just told me to come back the next time it makes noise again. Remember that I have 3 children to take to school every day. At least give customers a guarantee of safety

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi mi segue (e sono tantissimi) sa che difficilmente attribuisco 5 stelle, ma qui sono stra-meritate! Accoglienza e professionalità del venditore (Fabio) che ci ha illustrato in maniera convincente e fatto provare la nuova Yaris Cross Hybrid, che poi abbiamo acquistato. Ho avuto tantissime auto, di vario tipo, anche di prestigio, ma vi assicuro che non mi hanno mai consegnato una vettura in maniera così "d'effetto" e professionale (grazie Patrizio), illustrata nelle sue mille funzioni con efficace chiarezza.
Tutto il personale ha dimostrato competenza ed efficienza, anche nel servizio del ritiro della permuta.
Ma credo che anche noi siamo riusciti a sorprenderli con un piccolo "ringraziamento" Complimenti a tutti, ci vediamo al primo controllo.
