S	Stefano Zampieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, Sabato 28 Agosto 2021 vado nella vs filiale Nissan a Creazzo con la mia SkodaYeti del giugno 2011 e chiedo un preventivo ad un vs dipendente per acquistare in permuta una Nissan Juke n-connecta tinta Red Fuji con tettuccio nero. Il preventivo risulta di € 15800,00 ivato. Ritorno stasera con moglie per procedere all'acquisto della suddetta Juke. Grazie all'intercessione del titolare che considera errata la valutazione effettuata dal suo dipendente in data 28 agosto della mia Skoda e ad un errore fatto nella scontistica sempre nella stesura del primo preventivo, quest'ultimo viene aumentato di ben 1000 euro, non bazzecole. Il nuovo preventivo è di € 16800,00 ivato. Tutto questo dopo che il vs dipendente mi aveva chiamato per telefono per ben 2 volte promettendomi addirittura un miglioramento del preventivo. Si, un miglioramento per voi. Dispiace, sono molto, molto amareggiato e deluso. Sono stato accalappiato con uno specchietto per le allodole. Purtroppo, per me, mai più Nissan, mai più Ceccato automobili. Secondo me, non é questo essere professionisti. Buona continuazione. Stefano Zampieri. s	sara piccolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel mio caso esperienza negativa, concordato intervento con macchina sostitutiva con un mese di anticipo e nel giorno prefissato gli accordi non sono stati rispettati ed il primo appuntamento rimandato perché non inserito nel gestionale, che dire disorganizzazione e poca attenzione. In my case, a negative experience, an intervention with a replacement car was agreed one month in advance and on the set day the agreements were not respected and the first appointment postponed because it was not included in the management system, that is to say disorganization and little attention.

Preventivi veloci e soprattutto precisi, con già il massimo dello sconto possibile; risultato? i più economici da subito, senza dover iniziare estenuanti trattative. Cosa, vorrei dire, non di poco conto.... altri sono "partiti" con un preventivo per poi, via via, abbassare sempre piu il costo, arrivando anche a importati sconti, ma senza mai eguagliare Ceccato, a mio giudizio poco seri. Al venditore che mi ha seguito, Maurizio Cisco, va sicuramente riconosciuto, per il suo lavoro, un elogio e un ringraziamento. Mi interesso ad una Nissan con valutazione permuta con relativa trattativa telefonica e una bozza di stima economica con relativo appuntamento per visione del mezzo che dovetti riprogrammare a data da destinarsi a causa di impegni personali. Dopo aver rinunciato a causa di una offerta concorrenziale più vantaggiosa vengo accusato di poca serietà in quanto a detta del venditore sulla SUA parola (N.B. la sua e non di certo la mia) la vendita era praticamente fatta (senza vedere il mezzo da comprare visto che parliamo di un usato? senza prova? neanche stessi comprando caramelle). Ho richiesto un contatto e delle scuse dalla direzione con relativo sollecito ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Beh che dire proprio un non esempio di customer service. Che peccato! EDIT 12/05 La risposta indicata qui sotto non riporta il vero. Nonostante i solleciti mai nessuno ha provato a ricontattarmi per porgermi delle scuse.

I was ignored for an hour while standing next to the office. 4 people were helped, who came after me, after they interrupted the customer being helped. After an hour they pulled my car into the shop and left to help other customers. After another 20 minutes I left. Very disappointing.
