F	Fabio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le auto che si possono acquistare all'interno di questo concessionario sono senza dubbio auto di ottima fattura e di alto livello qualitativo! non é scontato che il concessionario debba essere all'altezza del marchio che vende in quanto il centro assistenza lascia senza dubbio a desiderare! Gli ho dato innumerevoli possibilità ma niente da fare! Si devono mettere in testa che non conta solo l'apparenza ma anche quello che c'è dietro o per meglio dire, la sostanzaaa!! Chi compra una Land rover si aspetta il massimo!! Altrimenti ci sono altre Marche che per meno danno molto di più!!! NON SIETE GLI UNICI!!! Ogni esperienza che faccio è pessima ed ogni volta che ho bisogno di portare l'auto mi viene mal di mancia!. Cambierò brand la prossima auto che acquisterò perché non voglio più avere niente a che fare con loro! Sono il concessionario con il peggior Service che conosca!!! Le uniche due persone che valgono li dentro sono un venditore e una signora dell'assistenza che è una persona che gode di grande esperienza e professionalità! Al di la di queste due persone, gli altri sono tutti ragazzetti profumati senza esperienza e con la puzza sotto il naso! Non parliamo di quando l'auto finisce nelle mani dei meccanici!!!! Completamente incompetenti! Every experience I have is bad and every time I need to bring the car I get a sore tip !. I will change the brand of the next car I buy because I don't want to have anything to do with them anymore! I am the dealer with the worst Service I know !!! The only two people who are worth in there are a salesman and a service lady who is a person who enjoys great experience and professionalism! Beyond these two people, the others are all scented little boys with no experience and with the stench under their noses! Let's not talk about when the car ends up in the hands of the mechanics !!!! Completely incompetent!

Appointment given by them at 17, after wait 45 minutes car not ready and no excuses from the person in charge. Cannot call this "customer care " at all. More humility and respect of customers please.
