Servizio buono, ho trovato quel che mi serviva. Expensive, but unfortunately when you need it you are forced to spend. 26 euros for a dishwasher gasket, on Amazon I received 13 euros shipped in 5 days .. Good service, I found what I needed.

Quando il commesso stava servendo me, un signore, dalla parte opposta del locale vicino all'entrata, aveva borbottato qualcosa. Quando il commesso l'ha guardato, il signore ha detto: "Ah no, non so chi sia entrato per prima". Lasciando a intendere, anche, che non gli importava se era servito dopo di me. A quel punto, il commesso si è allontanato da me (senza scusarsi o degnarmi di uno sguardo), ed è andato a servire il signore lasciandomi a metà. Non verrò più in questo posto. Irrispettosi e maleducati. Non ho comprato nulla, ne tornerò qui per prendere i pezzi che mi servono. I've been waiting for my turn to be served. When the clerk was serving me, a gentleman on the opposite side of the room near the entrance had mumbled something. When the clerk looked at him, the gentleman said: "Oh no, I don't know who entered first." Leaving to understand, too, that he didn't care if he served after me. At that point, the clerk walked away from me (without apologizing or deigning to look at me), and went to serve the gentleman, leaving me in the middle. I will not come to this place again. Disrespectful and rude. I didn't buy anything, I'll come back here to get the pieces I need.
F	Fede Ago on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto rivolgermi a loro un po' di tempo fa per riparare il mio Bimby TM31 e ho avuto un'esperienza pessima.... A parte aver dovuto accettare per forza il preventivo fattomi altrimenti me lo riconsegnavano smontato (!!), mi hanno sostituito il gruppo coltelli con un ricambio non originale.! infatti la farfalla non si aggancia più come nel gruppo precedente! Proprio "bravi professionali e onesti"... Non mi vedranno mai più né manderò i miei conoscenti... I had to contact them some time ago to repair my Thermomix TM31 and I had a very bad experience .... Apart from having to accept the quote made to me, otherwise they would return it disassembled (!!), they gave me replaced the knife group with a non-original spare part.! in fact the butterfly no longer hooks like in the previous group! Just "good professional and honest" ... They will never see me again nor will I send my acquaintances ...
g	gio far on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo hanno un monopolio di fatto su alcune marche(tipo jacuzzi su Vicenza) ma se potete andate altrove o almeno state estremamente attenti!!!Pseudo manutenzione vasca jacuzzi. Manutenzione per modo di dire, e poca trasparenza sui prezzi: spesi 200 euro di manutenzione e 190 per cambiare la colonna di scarico(originali in metallo quelli montati in plastica) ed il flessibile del doccino(peraltro a voce era stato detto 290 euro per pezzi e quindi 100 per lavoro). Nuovo doccino ma problema non risolto è stato lasciato così motivandolo con poca pressione acqua (e non è vero perchè altri rubinetti erogano copiosamente! ) Unfortunately they have a de facto monopoly on some brands (like jacuzzi in Vicenza) but if you can go elsewhere or at least be extremely careful !!! Pseudo jacuzzi tub maintenance. Maintenance so to speak, and little transparency on prices: 200 euros for maintenance and 190 to change the drain column (original metal ones mounted in plastic) and the shower hose (however, 290 euros per piece was said verbally) and therefore 100 for work). New hand shower but unsolved problem was left thus motivating him with low water pressure (and it is not true because other taps deliver copiously!)
