★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto sia del lavoro eseguito (che non era banale perchè è stato installato un doppio split e hanno dovuto anche fare una scanalatura per nascondere i tubi), sia della professionalità e disponibilità dimostrate. Avevano l'aspirapolvere sempre pronto per ridurre al minimo lo sporco e la polvere, cosa molto apprezzata soprattutto da mia moglie. Consiglio di rivolgersi a questa azienda perchè non si può che rimanere soddisfatti
 I was very satisfied with both the work performed (which was not trivial because a double split was installed and they also had to make a groove to hide the pipes), and the professionalism and availability shown. They had the vacuum cleaner always ready to minimize dirt and dust, which was highly appreciated especially by my wife. I recommend contacting this company because you can only be satisfied

Mauro Bertorelle si è da subito dimostrato un vero professionista, rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande ed esigenze. Il suo preventivo è stato chiaro e di semplice comprensione e con un prezzo interessante rispetto ad altre proposte ricevute. Il lavoro è stato eseguito in modo veloce e pulito, portando il minimo disturbo ai chi studiava per esami scolastici. Lui e il suo collaboratore sono state persone discrete e cortesi, lo consiglio a chiunque avesse bisogno di un nuovo impianto di areazione.

His quote was clear and easy to understand and with an attractive price than other proposals received. The work was performed in a fast and clean, bringing the minimum disturbance to those studying for school exams. He and his collaborator were discreet and friendly people, recommend it to anyone who needed a new ventilation system.

Mauro) ritengo sia molto importante l'assistenza e la gestione del cliente nel post vendita. Il mercato oggi offre molta scelta, molti sono pronti a venderti qualsiasi prodotto ma la maggior parte delle volte se hai bisogno di assistenza poi sei lasciato solo; ho avuto bisogno di assistenza e il Sig. Mauro è stato puntuale, veloce e preciso.
I bought a Daikin air conditioner a few years ago, very good purchase. Beyond the product that one sells (really excellent professionalism of Mr. Mauro) I believe that after sales assistance and customer management is very important. The market today offers a lot of choice, many are ready to sell you any product but most of the time if you need assistance then you are left alone; I needed assistance and Mr. Mauro was punctual, fast and precise.

Da sottolineare, la cura dei dettagli, la pulizia nell’esecuzione del lavoro e, cosa importante, la totale autonomia anche dal punto di vista dell’impianto elettrico.
Mi considero pienamente soddisfatto.

Already in the presale phase, Mr. Bertorelle showed great meticulousness, which was then confirmed during the installation of my two multisplit systems.
