Subito preso in carico, con un video mandatomi il giorno seguente, di ispezione sui danni presenti e immediatamente contattato dal responsabile Andrea Bortoli per la definizione su come procedere. Oggi 15 gennaio ho ritirato l auto. In poche parole ; puntualità,precisione,accuratezza nei dettagli e assolutamente l' Eccellenza dei servizi. Grazie a tutti.
On Thursday 7th January I left my car at the dealership for a major repair due to damage done by me. Immediately taken over, with a video sent to me the following day, to inspect the damage present and immediately contacted by the manager Andrea Bortoli to define how to proceed. Today January 15th I picked up the car. In short words ; punctuality, precision, accuracy in details and absolutely the excellence of the services. Thank you all.
