β β β β β Oggi mi sono recato per un piccolo problema (( spia Ad Blue accesa presso l'accettazione Service a Padova ( ero giΓ passato in mattina presso altro service a Viterbo, dove ho pagato senza che il problema venisse risolto
). Ho trovato il Sig. Alessandro presso il service Trivellato, persona gentilissima che in maniera estremamente garbata e professionale, ha risolto il problema gratuitamente. Un ringraziamento al personale ed alla concessionaria, la qualitΓ che fa la differenza.
 Today I went for a small problem ((Ad Blue light on at the Service acceptance in Padua (I had already passed in the morning to another service in Viterbo, where I paid without the problem being solved
). I found Mr. Alessandro at the Trivellato service, a very kind person who in an extremely polite and professional way solved the problem for free. Thanks to the staff and the dealership, the quality that makes the difference.

β β β β β We had a Problem with our camping van during Holiday. The camper is based on a Mercedes Sprinter . So I looked for a Mercedes Service closed to Garda Lake.
I found Trivellato in Verona and I visited them. They werde very helpfull in Verona and the gave me the adress of Trivellato in Sommacampagna were the are specialized for vans like the Sprinter.
In Sommacampagna the looked for our van and solved the problem in a short time. After that we were able to enjoy our holidays in Italy.
Once again thank you very much. Great customer service, fantastic work.

β β β β β I hope you are not interested as a customer being greeted or even serviced in any form or fashion one salesman only deals with one customer and doesn't acknowledge anyone else so if you're interested in buying a vehicle you might want to go somewhere else this is pretty bad when you're trying to spend and 70 to β¬100,000 on a vehicle
