★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Risulta essere un centro ufficiale assistenza Makita, ma il personale rifiuta di prendere in carico un prodotto Makita "perchè non l'hai comprata quì da noi. Se arriva uno con un articolo acquistato da altre parti, che si rivolga a loro..." Poi afferma che quello da me acquistato "non è fabbricato in Italia" . Io rispondo che potrei prendere a scaffale qualunque loro prodotto Makita, e affermare la stessa cosa. Ormai è tutto fabbricato oltre confine...
Non contento, rilancia ribadendo che quello da me acquistato non è venduto nel territorio italiano. Peccato, che poco dopo una altro collaboratore del negozio chiedendomi quanto l'avevo pagato, mi abbia risposto " qui da noi l'avresti pagato più caro..." . Allora ce l'avete, ed è falso quanto detto un minuto fa dal suo collega...
Infine, prima di congedarmi e con i toni un po' più pacati, mi hanno fatto presente che avrebbero potuto sentire "il loro laboratorio interno" per una diagnosi e assistenza, però a pagamento.
Il prodotto ha solo due mesi, e non è mai stato usato . Io non devo pagare proprio nulla. La garanzia deve coprire il non funzionamento (di un prodotto che ribadisco essere NUOVO).
Se vi da fastidio fornire assistenza, perchè non chiamate la casa madre e vi fate depennare?

It appears to be an official Makita service center, but the staff refuses to take over a Makita product "because you have not bought it from us. If one arrives with an item purchased from other parts, contact them ..." Then he states that the one I purchased "is not manufactured in Italy". I reply that I could take any of their Makita products off the shelf, and say the same thing. It is now all built across the border ...
Not happy, he raised by reiterating that the one I purchased is not sold in Italy. Too bad, that shortly after another employee of the shop asking me how much I had paid, he replied "here you would have paid more expensive here ...". Then you have it, and what your colleague said a minute ago is false ...
Finally, before taking my leave and with a little more calm tones, they pointed out to me that they could hear "their internal laboratory" for diagnosis and assistance, but for a fee.
The product is only two months old, and has never been used. I don't have to pay anything. The guarantee must cover the non-functioning (of a product that I repeat is NEW).
If you are bothered to provide assistance, why not call the parent company and have yourself crossed out?
Absolutely to be avoided

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per un miniescavatore a noleggio 24 ore (da privato) , la signorina mi dice che vogliono 2500 euro di cauzione, dico che mi va bene e quando chiedo il prezzo cade la linea. Richiamo, mi risponde un signore che mi dice sbrigativamente "non noleggio a privati". Almeno lo scrivessero nel sito, o non sparassero cauzioni altissime per scoraggiare i privati. Mai più
Risposta al titolare: ho già fatto e non intendo ripassare o mandare mail. Ho dato i miei soldi a chi era interessato a prenderli.
I call for a mini excavator to hire 24 hours (as a private person), the young lady tells me they want 2500 euros as a deposit, I say it's okay and when I ask for the price, the line drops. I call back, a gentleman replies who tells me hastily "I don't rent to private individuals". At least they wrote it on the site, or did not fire very high bail to discourage private individuals. Never again
Response to the owner: I have already done and I do not intend to review or send mail. I gave my money to anyone who was interested in getting it.
