Il primo contatto è stato per l'acquisto dell'auto, non ci sono state sorprese, ritardi ed è andato tutto esattamente come il venditore (gentile e premuroso) mi aveva indicato. Venditore professionale, educato e preparato. In 4 anni abbiamo avuto modo di "testare" anche l'officina, per i tagliandi di routine e per alcuni richiami della casa (dove sono stati verificati dei componenti). Anche ai ragazzi dell'officina mi sento di fare il max della valutazione per la cortesia, la pulizia, il rispetto, l'educazione e la preparazione. Per me era la prima volta in Toyota e credo non sarà l'ultima grazie a questa esperienza, sia come marchio automobilistico sia come concessionario. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Professional, educated and prepared seller. In 4 years we have also had the opportunity to "test" the workshop, for routine servicing and for some house calls (where components have been checked). Even the guys in the workshop feel I can make the maximum evaluation for courtesy, cleanliness, respect, education and preparation. For me it was the first time at Toyota and I believe it will not be the last thanks to this experience, both as a car brand and as a dealer.

Ho parlato con Giorgia che, da li in poi mi ha seguito passo passo fino all'acquisto: - Mi ha riservato l'auto per un paio di giorni (venendo da Udine dovevo organizzarmi per passare a vederla) - Me l'ha fatta provare esponendomi tutte le funzionalità - Ha risposto a tutte le mie domande su whatsapp (anche alle 22.00 di sera) - Ha sbrigato tutte le pratiche per il passaggio di proprietà. Insomma, seguito e coccolato. Brava brava brava Giorgia Aspetto da non sottovalutare: Auto immacolata, pari al nuovo. I contacted the dealership by phone to purchase a used Rav 4 Hybrid.
