I would rate 0 starts, if possible. Rented a car here in August '20. About three existing damages were registered, I took 15 min to mark the other 10+ scratches and dents and had the agent register them. When I returned the car a week later they charged me for a tiny crack in the front window... which has obviously been there already, unfortunately, I missed that one... 700 Euro! Luckily the insurance covered the damage. 6 months later, they charged my credit card for 60 Euro, for handling a traffic violation that they claim I have committed, without no proof whatsoever... >>> "You didn't find the missed toll in attachment because we have managed it online" "The fines will arrive at your home address via post from the Italian police during 360 days since we provided them with requested information." <<< RIDICULOUS! I had to call my bank to retrieve the payment, which they luckily did asap. Do not rent here! This company is horrible!

After woman on the desk said "it's totally new car, don't worry" we alone went to unlit parking and find the car. I tried to make video of the car with my phone, but it was night time and too dark even with flash. When we return the car company representative in no time find a small scratch, and almost did’t check all other sides of the car. Evidently he knows what and where to search. After two weeks they deduct 296 for this scratch from our card! I am sure there was a specially made scratch before and it was a planned fraud for stealing money. The price of rent is cheap, but or you pay 120 euro for additional insurance, or they withdraw money for "damage" Be on your guard, and do not rent cars there!

I was very satisfied. They pickup us from hotel, to go to the airport was not needed. Very pleasant guys, car was clean,new and in perfect condition.

We got a new Fiat 500 hybrid (about 14.000km I think) so we didn't need much fuel. Friendly and helpful lady at the desc, i think she is more gentle then the boys. Price was comparably low.

Although Autovia clearly has a lot of bad review, i decided to give it a try. My holidays were ruined! 1 When i landed in malpensa i had to call 3 times to get picked up at the terminal. Only after 45 minutes a lady showed up! 2 check in was terrible slow (i m ok with that), it took me 1hr and 30m to get the car picked up since i was outside the terminal 3 my credit card was photocopied (printed) back and front, i am sure this is not the right procedure 4 when i picked up the car, the whole body was full of scratch and dents 5on the return the guy inspecting the car claimed i made an extra scratch to the car (adding to the 1000s). After clearly showing him the pic of that scratch from the pick up day, He still refused to accept it. 6 after 4 days i received 400£ to pay (for a small scratch!). I decided to accept to pay, i called them numerous time without success, the usual answer was: you will receive an email. 7 i've been charged 700£ on my credit card without authorization, only after threatening them to report them to the police for fraud, i received some money back. I have no more words to describe how bad they are! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

My flight was late for 3 hours, and they didn’t give me the car. They told me only when I called them that oh, well, you didn’t arrive at your time, so we’ve cancelled the booking. I booked through rentalcars.com and didn’t get any notification! It’s just ridiculous. I was offered to pay extra 300€ to get a car. It’s the biggest scam ever - don’t bully yourself. Just go with sixt or some other major company. Not worth it your stress and time from 50€ cheaper

Worst car rental ever, total rip-off. After saying that its a new car, we notice that it had scratches already. We paid extra for full cover insurance even when I had already purchased full insurance with booking.com. Just because I had a VISA debit card instead of credit card we had problems and they wanted to block 1000 euro - at least they could not charge us for the scratches and dents. Woman at the desk did not even know if we had snow-chains in the boot. Got a ZTL fine which I have to settle with the authorities - which might take up to a year it says in the email, but they still blocked the fine amount on the card (possibly for a year). Do yourself a favor and and book with a trustworthy company - this rip-off company is not worth it.

The worst rental company you can rent a car from. We rented the car through discovercars due to low price and good reviews on their website. We filtered our search for a fiat 500 xl petrol type options and we insisted on this as we had to travel a lot and needed the low cost fuel. The agent who picked us up from the airport was in a rush and very impolite! When we arrived with their mini van to the company’s office she was VERY rude (blond woman ~40yeats old with short hair). They didn’t give us the car we chose but a smaller one which was dirty and the back seats were wet and NOT petrol as we had specifically chosen, they said they can’t do anything as they didn’t have any 500xl available or petrol ones (note that we noticed 3-4 fiat 500 xl on their parking!). After we threaten them with tourist police call they magically change the contract and gave us a 500 xl but still no petrol. As we didn’t have the option to do anything at the time (it was about 19:30) we picked up the car. On the delivery of the car we called the company for where to take it back and the online/phone support was very bad and gave us wrong details that nearly cost us on missing the plane! Finally we had a small damage (scratch on the side) that they charged ~700€. The same rude employee was very happy that we had the damage and we had to pay extra money but thanks god we had paid full insurance online from discover cars(1/3 priced of the one they charge on the autovia office). We totally not recommend them and avoid this crooks at all costs! If 0 stars option was available I would choose! Disaster, a true fiasco!!!
