Ho avuto problemi a pagare perché sono arrivata prima della visita, ma non c'era modo di saldare perché lo sportello era chiuso e macchinette adibite al pagamento non ci sono. Che senso ha mettere le visite ad un'ora, ma allo stesso tempo il personale dedicato chiude presto lo sportello? E soprattutto non fornire metodi alternativi di pagamento? Chi non può recarsi facilmente nelle strutture con cup e macchinette (che poi perché devo andare altrove a pagare?) o non possiede una carta di credito rischia di vedersi accollare costi di tutti i tipi per mancato pagamento della prestazione quando l'intenzione di pagare c'era. È stato estremamente disagevole. La sede non è comodissima da raggiungere da casa mia. Era la mia prima volta ed ero timorosa, ma la Dottoressa mi ha subito messa a mio agio. Non posso che ringraziarla per la professionalità ed umanità che ha avuto durante la pratica. Una persona con la "P" maiuscola, molto empatica, umana e gentile, che mi ha spiegato in maniera dettagliata come si sarebbe svolta la visita, il Pap-test e si è persino interessata al distretto di Vigonza per farmi fare una eco transvaginale il giorno stesso. Non mi aspettavo nulla di tutto ciò, la consiglio veramente a tutte le giovani e giovanissime, non si trovano facilmente Dottoresse di questo spessore.
