Disponibilità, cortesia e professionalità sono alcuni dei punti forti di questa Concessionaria. Personale attento al cliente in tutte le fasi della transazione. Francesco (il rappresentante legale) molto cordiale e disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Grazie davvero... io ho comprato da loro accollandomi di percorrere 1.500 Km e le mie aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte... Lo rifarei ad occhi chiusi anche domani. I bought from them taking on the responsibility of traveling 1,500 km and my expectations were fully satisfied ... I would do it again with my eyes closed tomorrow. Congratulations keep it up ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La batteria della mia 500X ci ha lasciato a piedi dopo solo un anno e mezzo. Successo di sera l'indomani mattina ore 8.45 ero in concessionaria ovviamente senza appuntamento. Accolto al desk officina dalla signorina Monica molto gentile e seguito dal signor Andrea presumo capo officina molto professionale e disponibile che ha disposto la sostituzione della batteria in garanzia, alle 10.15 ero a casa. Sono molto contento dei servizi post vendita offerti da Autocalzavara
The battery of my 500X left us on foot after only a year and a half. Success in the evening the next morning at 8.45 I was obviously in the dealership without an appointment. Welcomed at the workshop desk by Miss Monica very kind and followed by Mr. Andrea I presume very professional and helpful workshop manager who arranged for the replacement of the battery under warranty, at 10.15 I was at home. I am very happy with the after-sales services offered by Autocalzavara

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza con Autocalzavara è stata un crescendo da ogni punto di vista. Sin dal primo contatto il Sig. Francesco si è dimostrato un grande professionista non solo dal punto di vista tecnico ma anche dal punto di vista umano. Mi ha seguito quasi fossi uno di famiglia assecondando le mie richieste sempre con grande pazienza ed entusiasmo.
I km di distanza (240km) non hanno minimamente scalfito la mia opinione, anzi ho trovato uno staff preparato anche per la parte di amministrazione. Vorrei altresì ringraziare Michela che mi ha guidato per le pratiche in maniera paziente e professionale!
Spero di tornare al più presto per ulteriori upgrade per la mia Giulia e per il post vendita che già, dalle prime ore si è dimostrato eccelso!!
My experience with Autocalzavara has been a crescendo from every point of view. From the very first contact, Mr. Francesco proved to be a great professional not only from a technical point of view but also from a human point of view. He followed me as if I were one of the family, always following my requests with great patience and enthusiasm.
The km away (240km) did not in the least affect my opinion, indeed I found a staff also prepared for the administration part. I would also like to thank Michela who guided me through the practices in a patient and professional way!
I hope to come back as soon as possible for further upgrades for my Giulia and for the after-sales service which has already proved to be excellent from the first hours !!

Macchina usata consegnatami come fosse nuova,
Gentilezza, professionalità al top,
Il titolare mi ha mostrato lo showroom, incantevole,
Mi ha poi portato in officina, da meccanico quale sono, mi è sembrato di entrare in una sala operatoria, ordine e pulizia come fosse una appendice dello showroom,
Nonostante stessero lavorando non c'era una goccia d'olio per terra,
Ho avuto un problema alla macchina, il servizio offertomi di ritiro e riconsegna dopo riparazione a carico del negoziante mi ha stupito, anche perché abito a Brescia.
Per la mia esperienza posso consigliare ad occhi chiusi di rivolgersi ed affidarsi a loro con totale fiducia.

He then took me to the workshop, as a mechanic that I am, it seemed to me to enter an operating room, order and cleanliness as if it were an appendix to the showroom,
Although they were working there was not a drop of oil on the ground,
I had a problem with my car, the service offered to me for collection and delivery after repair by the shopkeeper amazed me, also because I live in Brescia.
From my experience I can advise with closed eyes to contact and rely on them with total confidence.
