O	Oana Violeta Iftimie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparte il titolare che è una persona meravigliosa, paziente, e mooooolto disponibile, l'unica ragazza( commessa) che personalmente ho visto li,non si inquadra per niente con il posto che è fantastico e ben gestito( perché si vede) ! Lo ho trovata infastidita, annoiata, maleducata, scortese e sopratutto ignorante nel settore animalistico! Trovandomi in imbarazzo di scelta per dei biscotti per il mio cane ( allergico a un sacco di cose) mi sono sentita dire" io non posso perdere 20 minuti qua con te" quando in verità gli avevo chiesto dove trovo i biscotti vegetali ?. Torno solo xke il posto è vicino casa mia, e che ripeto: il titolare è la persona piu amabile che abbia mai visto in qualsiasi negozio ! C	Carlo Perez De Vera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mettere una recensione negativa la trovo sempre una vigliaccata, però in questo caso è più che plausibile farlo visto che si tratta di bestiole a me care e non è una semplice cena in un ristorante con del cibo scotto, o il prezzo esagerato! Ho portato la mia cagnolina per tagliare le unghie, e mi è costato 50 euro di veterinario più il taglio unghie, perché tagliate un po' troppo non smetteva di sanguinare, una settimana dopo porto i il cagnolino che dopo averlo rapato a zero, mi veniva detto che con il secondo lavaggio il cane si dimena a e a sua volta si era ferito al sopracciglio, poi ho capito perché, gli è stato riempito un orecchio di acqua, quel tanto da portarlo dal veterinario per una utite dovuta ad un lavaggio e altri 100 euro oltre al taglio de pelo 30 euro. Allora io mi chiedo ma quando lavori a che pensi? Pensa che hai una bestiola indifesa tra le mani e che quando gli fai del male e come lo facessi a me!!! Cambia lavoro se non lo sai fare o se lo fai senza voglia o amore, vai in fabbrica. s	silvia d'andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che ero già perplessa perché la commessa con accento straniero che mi ha venduto un balsamo invece dello shampoo che avevo chiesto, poco disponibile non adatta a quel lavoro poco preparata ma passi l ho tenuto anche se è costato 12€! provo la toelettatura nonostante mio marito mi avesse sconsigliato perché dubitava della competenza di un servizio simile dentro un negozio per (prima e ultima volta) mi prospettano circa 30€, ho pagato 50€ per un taglio a macchinetta non a forbice come era abituata (Petit Prince tutta la vita! Professionali ed economici al confronto, infatti purtroppo non avevo trovato posto perché sono sempre richiestissime e ho capito perché) mi ritrovo la mia cagnolina con un taglio al polpastrello perché la persona evidentemente incompetente si è distratta e ha lasciato vicina alla mia cagnolina lo strumento tagliente e sempre accidentalmente avrebbe messo la zampa sopra!!!! Ma sei una toelettatrice o cosa? È come dire che la baby Sitter per pochi secondi ha lasciato un coltello vicino a un bimbo di tre anni, le diamo la medaglia???no dico? adesso mi dovrò recare dalle veterinarie e spendere altri soldi per visita e per pomata cicatrizzante senza considerare che la cagnolina è tornata a casa abbattuta non è vivace come il suo solito mi sono fidata di persone incapaci e incompetenti pagando pure uno sproposito, non mi vedranno più lì dentro e farò a tutti quelli che conosco che hanno animali una pessima pubblicità! Cambiate lavoro!!!!!! Il negozio è ben fornito Perfect grooming service, every time I bring my dog it comes out clean and fragrant. The staff is very nice and the prices are fair. The shop is well stocked
