L'esperienza con il proprietario di casa è stata pessima; 4 chiavi su 6 mancavano (della cassetta postale, del gas, dell'accesso ai pannelli di luce ed acqua e del citofono, oltre alle altre copie mancanti della porta blindata), mi sono trovato senza riscaldamento dopo il trasloco, con mille problemi (anche idraulici). Tutti problemi dei quali l'agenzia non poteva essere a conoscenza. Ebbene, Massimo dell'agenzia Toscano è stato gentilissimo e si è prodigato nell'aiutarmi a risolvere tali problemi, dei quali l'agenzia non era responsabile e che andavano ben oltre i suoi compiti. Voglio sottolineare inoltre che sono stato aiutato anche diversi giorni dopo dopo che la casa mi è stata venduta. Non ho dubbi che, se dovessi avere ancora bisogno di un'agenzia immobiliare su Verona, mi rivolgerei a loro. The experience with the home owner was bad; 4 keys out of 6 were missing (of the mailbox, gas, access to the light and water panels and the intercom, in addition to the other missing copies of the armored door), I found myself without heating after the move, with a thousand problems (even hydraulic). All problems that the agency could not be aware of. Well, Massimo from the Tuscan agency was very kind and went out of his way to help me solve these problems, for which the agency was not responsible and that went far beyond his duties. I also want to point out that I was also helped several days after the house was sold to me. I have no doubt that if I still need a real estate agency in Verona, I would turn to them.

Arriviamo, non hanno la granita al caffè di domenica mattina!?????? ( La granita siciliana con la brioches col tuppo è un arte, non ci si improvvisa.) Chiedo a questo punto un bicchiere di panna e una brioche col tuppo, mio marito si accorge che mi stava mettendo nel bicchiere la panna della bomboletta ??? bloccata in tempo, va sul retro a prendere la panna ma, purtroppo anche questa non era buona. Un vero peccato, speravo tanto di trovare una pasticceria dove poter mangiare la mia amata granita siciliana, ma per davvero.??? Una messinese SCUSATE MI SONO RESA CONTO ADESSO CHE HO SBAGLIATO RECENSIONE E PURTROPPO NON RIESCO A CANCELLARLA. CHIEDO SCUSA What a disappointment, we were there about half an hour ago.
