Ciò che rende questo studio quello che secondo noi è il migliore in città non è mero bisogno di vendere o comprare casa, ma di avere clienti che si sentano ascoltati e ne escano soddisfatti. Quindi non abbiamo avuto a che fare con dei semplici agenti, ma con dei veri e propri consulenti pronti a capire le nostre necessità. Abbiamo trovato casa in pochissimo tempo, e non è scontato... grazie ancora..

Nel 2018 stavo per acquistare un appartamento su due livelli , ho pagato l'agenzia in anticipo e ho bloccato l'appartamento con una caparra e fissato il rogito dopo 6 mesi. Sin qua tutto apposto.... un mese prima del rogito mi chiama il proprietario dicendomi che l'appartamento non era in regola ( il piano superiore non era accatastato)ho dovuto mettere di mezzo l'avvocato, perché il proprietario non voleva darmi la doppia caparra stabilita sul precontratto. Alla Fine della fiera l'agenzia se ne lavata le mani trattenendo tutto l'importo che avevo pagato! Sono riuscito attraverso l'avvocato a recuperare una parte dei soldi che avevo speso! In fine ho dovuto prendere un b&b per circa un mese in quanto avevo dato disdetta nell'appartamento in cui vivevo!! Personalmente questa agenzia la sconsiglio vivamente!!!
Bad experience!! In 2018 I was about to buy a duplex apartment, I paid the agency in advance and blocked the apartment with a deposit and fixed the deed after 6 months. So far everything is fine .... a month before the deed the owner calls me and tells me that the apartment was not in order (the upper floor was not stacked) I had to put the lawyer in the way, because the owner did not want to give me the double deposit established on the pre-contract. At the end of the fair, the agency washed its hands of it, keeping all the amount I had paid! I managed through the lawyer to recover part of the money I had spent! In the end I had to take a b & b for about a month as I had given notice of cancellation in the apartment where I lived !! Personally, I strongly advise against this agency !!!

Niente punteggio pieno, solo perché il titolare ha mostrato uno stile e un modo di relazionarsi al cliente antitetico rispetto a quello di Mattia.
We made use of the precious collaboration of Mattia Ruffo for the purchase of a first home. He followed us with professionalism, competence and passion. Too bad the Doge no longer makes use of his collaboration!
No full marks, just because the owner showed a style and a way of relating to the customer that was antithetical to Mattia's.

I relied on Andrea Garofalo for the sale of my apartment, he immediately inspired me with confidence and professionalism. He made an excellent evaluation, the apartment was sold in record time! He took care of the appointments, the dossiers in detail and brought really interested people to see the house. We had full support and the team was always available by informing me weekly about the work they were doing for sales.
