★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Permettendo che Tecnocasa è un noto Franchising, ci si aspetterebbe quindi competenza e professionalità, cose che non ho trovato.
Non voglio generalizzare, perché ogni agenzia che fa parte di questo gruppo va considerata in modo individuale.
Voglio essere chiaro: non mi sono piaciuti, non si fanno vivi a meno che non li chiami tu, o nel caso in cui ci siano problemi ( e ce ne sono stati tanti, troppi).
Il titolare in agenzia non c'è mai, sembra che la gestiscano i ragazzi, e neanche troppo bene.
Spesso ti ritrovi a fare tu quello che dovrebbero fare loro, nonostante li paghi, e non poco.
Insomma un disastro.
Mi hanno fatto perdere soldi e tempo, che di questi tempi sono fondamentali.
Si presentano sempre come persone professionali, ma sono il rispetto, il buon senso e la cortesia che permettono di essere professionale.
Non consiglio questa agenzia.
La zona offre numerose agenzie, sicuramente migliori di questa.

I want to be clear: I didn't like them, they don't show up unless you call them, or in case there are problems (and there have been many, too many).
The owner in the agency is never there, it seems that the guys manage it, and not too well.
Often you find yourself doing what they should do, despite paying them, and not a little.
In short, a disaster.
They made me waste money and time, which are essential these days.
They always present themselves as professional people, but it is respect, common sense and courtesy that allow you to be professional.
I do not recommend this agency.
The area offers numerous agencies, certainly better than this one.
