I took a garment to be repaired, the work was taken care of and done quickly. I had a strong impression of fairness and professionalism. I will definitely keep this tailoring as a reference for other works.

A bad and disappointing service. I brought some tents to be fixed and the estimate was not the best, I still trusted, hoping that the service would justify the high figure, unfortunately it was not. I was initially marked as a pickup date the following week. On the day of collection I received a phone call from the lady at the tailor's shop telling me that she "meant" the Friday of the week after (clearly either they had forgotten my job or had other priorities and therefore my curtains have remained in oblivion) ​​so I decide to take back the curtains and stop doing the work. A few minutes later I receive another call from the same lady who tells me: "Look, unfortunately, your curtains are already halfway through the work in the laboratory, so either you pay me half the work and the withdrawals made in the middle of Monday morning, or we finish the job and come and collect them on Monday evening ". Translation: a clear tactic to frame the client and not lose the assigned work and still make money in any case. Moral of the story: curtains withdrawn complete on Monday evening, work done quickly and badly (the measurements were approximate compared to those communicated and I had to cut a lot of threads of unfinished seams) and the amount paid at full price despite the misunderstandings. I strongly advise against this place both for the service and for the lack of transparency. They will certainly no longer see me as a customer and I will advise against it to anyone looking for a tailor's shop.
