★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mia moglie abbiamo avuto necessità, nostro malgrado, di rivolgerci all'agenzia immobiliare MEDIOCASA IMMOBILIARE SRL sita in Stradone Porta Palio 70/c a Verona.
Siamo ad inviare la presente per recensire la suddetta agenzia per la disorganizzazione, estrema maleducazione da parte della titolare sia nei nostri confronti sia, soprattutto, nei confronti dei suoi collaboratori in presenza di clienti e un ambiente insalubre dovuto a un forte e acre odore di fumo.
Inoltre abbiamo più volte tentato di chiamare (ben 7 volte) il contatto che la titolare ci aveva sgarbatamente consegnato con un biglietto da visita. Tale contatto tutte le volte ha riagganciato inviando successivamente il seguente SMS: "La richiamiamo. Per quale appartamento chiama gentilmente?". Abbiamo risposto facendo riferimento all'appartamento a cui eravamo interessati ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto né risposta né chiamata.
A nostro modesto parere non crediamo che il problema sia l'operatore addetto alla gestione degli affitti (colui/lei che ha inoltrato il messaggio) ma ad una pessima organizzazione e gestione del team da parte della titolare.
Consigliamo vivamente di evitare tale agenzia.
My wife and I had the need, in spite of ourselves, to contact the MEDIOCASA IMMOBILIARE SRL real estate agency located in Stradone Porta Palio 70 / c in Verona.
We are sending this to review the aforementioned agency for disorganization, extreme rudeness on the part of the owner both towards us and, above all, towards his collaborators in the presence of customers and an unhealthy environment due to a strong and acrid smell of smoke .
In addition, we have repeatedly tried to call (7 times) the contact that the owner had rudely given us with a business card. This contact hung up every time, subsequently sending the following SMS: "We will call you back. Which apartment do you call kindly for?". We replied referring to the apartment we were interested in but we never received a response or a call.
In our humble opinion we do not believe that the problem is the operator in charge of rent management (the one who forwarded the message) but to a bad organization and management of the team by the owner.
We highly recommend avoiding this agency.

Il mio ragazzo aveva un appuntamento stasera per vedere un appartamento e io l'ho accompagnato, ha aspettato mezz'ora, questo senza vedere un'anima e senza nemmeno ricevere una telefonata di avvertimento. Mancanza di professionalità e di rispetto, mai più da gente del genere. E questo dopo aver avuto conferma dell'appuntamento al pomeriggio e aver chiesto due volte l'orario. Per quanto riguarda noi avranno solo pubblicità negativa.
They should just be ashamed. My boyfriend had a date tonight to see an apartment and I accompanied him, waited half an hour without seeing a soul, and this without even receiving a warning phone call. Lack of professionalism and respect, never more like this. And this after having confirmed the appointment in the afternoon and having asked twice for the time. As far as we will only have negative publicity.
