La mia esperienza con questa agenzia è stata molto NEGATIVA. Ho dato massima fiducia a persone che non hanno saputo gestire la compravendita e tutelare la mia parte di acquirente perché un evento straordinario è accaduto. Nonostante sia rimasta senza un tetto mi è stata chiesta la provvigione senza riconoscermi alcuno sconto. Il mio compagno ha preso una giornata apposta per visionare l’immobile e l’appuntamento è stato annullato. Mi hanno chiamato sabato, due ore prima dell’appuntamento e mi hanno avvisato che l’immobile è stato venduto il giorno prima. Non metto zero stelle perché non si può purtroppo. Risposta. Una persona professionale, a mio avviso non si sarebbe comportata in questo modo, anzi doveva avvisare già dal primo contatto telefonico dicendo che si, l’immobile si poteva visionare, ma la casa è già stata vista da altre persone in questo periodo, e dirci che ci sono in ballo delle offerte da altre persone, invece che annullarci l’appuntamento due ore prima, senza nemmeno aver l’occasione di vederlo.
