Il personale inoltre è molto cortese e professionale.

Per un problema di cui mi sono accorto all'improvviso ho scritto sul form di contatto del suo sito web, il dottore mi ha risposto immediatamente pur essendo domenica e mi ha ricevuto il giorno successivo nel suo studio per un intervento.
La rimozione di due formazioni sospette è avvenuta con grande perizia e con
dovizia di spiegazioni durante e dopo l'intervento.
Il dottore mi ha successivamente contattato telefonicamente per chiedermi del decorso e anticipare a voce l'esito dell'esame istologico.
Dovessi avere ulteriori problemi in questo ambito medico non avrei esitazioni a rivolgermi a lui.
My experience with Dr. Scarcella has been positive in every respect.

Le signorine dello studio sono di una maleducazione e villania che se anche il dottore fosse il migliore per il mio problema non ci andrei assolutamente.
Un corso di buone maniere verso i clienti sarebbe più che necessario.

Sono Emanuele, mi sono sottoposto ad un intervento di asportazione laser di un nevo piuttosto grande sito al lato destro della bocca all'interno del baffo.
Ho atteso qualche mese per rilasciare la seguente recensione affinché potessi esprimere un riscontro fedele e complessivo. Il personale e il dott. Scarcella si sono dimostrati di indubbia professionalità, l'appuntamento mi è stato fissato immediatamente prossimo alla mia telefonata. In occasione della prima visita mi è stata proposta la possibilità di procedere all'intervento da me accettata. L'intervento è stato rapido, svolto con strumenti all'avanguardia e con attenzione ai dettagli.
A distanza di circa un mese il dott. Scarcella mi ha contattato personalmente al fine di essere informato sull'evoluzione della "guarigione" e mi ha fissato un'ulteriore e ultima visita di controllo per la quale non ha richiesto alcun compenso aggiuntivo.
Il risultato estetico da me ottenuto è di mio gradimento. La "cicatrice" (se così può essere chiamata) pur essendoci è minima e, nel mio caso, viene completamente nascosta dai peli del baffo che rendono praticamente impossibile una sua individuazione.
Ringrazio il dott. Scarcella e il suo staff per il lavoro svolto e lo consiglierei vivamente per tutti coloro che necessitano di un parere esperto in ambito dermatologico.

I am Emanuele, I underwent a laser removal operation of a rather large nevus located on the right side of the mouth inside the whisker.
I waited a few months to release the following review so that I could express a faithful and comprehensive feedback. The staff and dr. Scarcella proved to be of undoubted professionalism, the appointment was fixed immediately next to my phone call. On the occasion of the first visit, I was offered the possibility of proceeding to the intervention I accepted. The intervention was rapid, carried out with advanced tools and with attention to detail.
After about a month, dr. Scarcella contacted me personally in order to be informed about the evolution of the "healing" and fixed me a further and last control visit for which he did not request any additional compensation.
The aesthetic result obtained by me is to my liking. The "scar" (if so it can be called) despite being there is minimal and, in my case, it is completely hidden by the hair of the mustache which makes its identification practically impossible.
I thank dr. Scarcella and his staff for the work done and I would highly recommend it for all those who need an expert opinion in the dermatological field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta molto insoddisfatta. La visita era mega veloce, e non ho capito per quanto è competente il dottore Scarcella. Adesso spiego meglio. Allora entro nella stanza dove si fa la visita. Avevo un controllo dei nevi. Con la voce alta mi indica di spogliarsi , prima cosa che ho visto - Maleducazione, ok. Visita 10 minuti precisi. Per qualsiasi domanda che voglio fare mi risponde " chi è dermatologo qua io o te" . Cavoli, ma pago 150€ per avere un servizio ,no. Per avere spiegazioni. Ovvio che non tornerò mai più. Per un controllo dei nevi trovo anche qualcuno più tranquillo e educato. Arrivederci.
I was very dissatisfied. The visit was very fast, and I didn't understand how competent Doctor Scarcella is. Now I explain better. Then I enter the room where the visit is made. I had a snow check. In a loud voice she shows me to undress, first thing I saw - rudeness, ok. Visit 10 precise minutes. For any question I want to ask, "who is a dermatologist here or you" answers me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato 4 anni fa per un problema di acne sul corpo e un eczema/Disidrosi ad entrambi le mani.
Il dottore mi ha guardato per al massimo 2 minuti, mi ha detto che ho l'acne e mi ha prescritto diflucan e per la disidrosi mi ha detto che non ci sono cure e mi ha prescritto una crema a base di corticosteroidi. Per i 5 minuti di analisi senza alcun esame ho pagato 100 euro.
Il problema non è stato risolto allora sono andato da un altro dermatologo in borgo Trento che mi ha prescritto diflucan una dose maggiore e la stessa crema. Qua ho speso 35 euro per non avere risultati.
4 anni piu' tardi, dopo aver provati altri farmaci e anche fatto per richiesta mia il patch test e fatto anche una dieta di eliminazione ho scoperto che i latticini erano la causa del mio problema. Eliminandoli dalla mia dieta le mie mani sono guarite e l'acne è quasi guarita del tutto.
Perché 1 stella.
1. Sbagliata diagnosi e cura per l'acne.
2. Nessun piano di trattamento per la disidrosi.
3. Atteggiamento frettoloso e sbrigativo.
I went 4 years ago with an acne problem on my body and eczema / Dyshidrosis on both hands.
The doctor looked at me for a maximum of 2 minutes, told me I have acne and prescribed diflucan and for dehidrosis he told me there is no cure and prescribed a corticosteroid cream. For the 5 minutes of analysis without any exam I paid 100 euros.
The problem was not solved so I went to another dermatologist in Borgo Trento who prescribed a higher dose of diflucan and the same cream. Here I spent 35 euros for not having results.
4 years later, after trying other drugs and also doing the patch test at my request and also doing an elimination diet I found that dairy products were the cause of my problem. By eliminating them from my diet my hands are healed and the acne is almost completely healed.
Why 1 star.
1. Wrong diagnosis and treatment for acne.
2. No treatment plan for dyshidrosis.
3. Hasty and hasty attitude.
