Mi ha risolto un antipatico problema al viso che altri suoi colleghi non hanno saputo affrontare. Mi sento assolutamente di consigliarlo. La sua metodologia così come la struttura dello studio mi sono sembrate antiquate. Per di più non accettano bancomat. Dalla segreteria ho sentito soltanto 3 parole in tutto: “Si accomodi” e alla fine “cento”. Ma neanche “sono cento”. Soltanto “cento”, senza alzare lo sguardo. Ah, scusatemi sbaglio io. C’è stato anche “non accettiamo bancomat”. Uscendo poi ho salutato: “Grazie! Arrivederci” Niente. Il silenzio più assoluto. Non si è degnata di rispondermi. Boh. Non ci tornerò più. Due colleghi dermatologi precedentemente consultati non erano riusciti a risolvere il mio problema in modo definitivo: sicuramente il Dott. Leoni è un dermatologo con grande esperienza e umano nei modi. I waited a while to write the review because I wanted to be sure of the actual result obtained: therapy done and problem solved. Two previously consulted dermatologist colleagues had failed to solve my problem definitively: Dr. Leoni is certainly a dermatologist with great experience and human in ways.

Ultimo ma non ultimo: ha un rapporto empatico con il paziente, e questo a mio avviso è davvero fondamentale, perchè ho avuto la sensazione di essere ascoltato e capito. Precedenti esperienze con altri professionisti mi avevano lasciato l'amaro in bocca per l'approccio al paziente, che NON è un cliente, ma appunto un paziente, e va dal medico con un carico di dubbi, domande e spesso incertezze. Mi sono sentita ascoltata, compresa ed a distanza di pochi giorni dall'inizio della terapia da lui prescritta ho già notato un notevole miglioramento. Avevo prenotato la visita per una problematica alle mani ma con l'occasione ho chiesto anche il controllo di alcuni nevi, il dottore si è mostrato disponibile a soddisfare questa mia richiesta senza ulteriori costi aggiuntivi. I had booked the visit for a problem with my hands but on this occasion I also asked for some nevi to be checked, the doctor was willing to satisfy my request without further additional costs. Si prende il tempo e la cura di analizzare ogni singolo problema accompagnando il tutto con aneddoti, motivazioni e spiegazioni dettagliate in modo chiaro e comprensibile anche a noi pazienti poco esperti in modo che qualsiasi dubbio o preoccupazione vengano dissipati. Segretaria gentilissima, prezzo più che ottimo per un servizio altrettanto curato. Posso solo che consigliarlo, non ve ne pentirete!
