La signora che ha risposto mi ha detto di recarmi presso l'agenzia l'indomani mattina: sono partito da Venezia e mi sono recato in via Tezzone n.8 a Verona. La signora stava parlando con un cliente. Entrano due giovanotti: uno mi dice di rivolgermi all'altro. Mi rivolgo all'altro e gli spiego per quale annuncio io mmi sia recato lì ...e mi risponde che è un annuncio gestito dal suo collega (quello che mi ha detto di rivolgermi a lui e che era lì). Mi dice che lui non sa darmi molte informazioni, mi mostra le foto che ho già visto in internet e mi dà le informazioni che sono scritte anche sul sito ...e mi dice di prendere un altro appuntamento alla fine della prossima settimana. Faccio presente che la sua collega mi ha detto il giorno prima al telefono di recarmi personalmente in agenzia: non fa neanche la fatica di chiederle un ragguaglio o di chiedere al collega che gestisce l'annuncio qualche informazione, ma semplicemente mi dice: impossibile. Non prendiamo appuntamenti telefonici (credo intendesse per la visita dell'immobile ...ma poco conta). Non mi resta che andarmene ...e rivolgermi ad una delle altre mille agenzie che ci sono a Verona. I called yesterday to inquire about an ad. He tells me that he doesn't know how to give me much information, he shows me the photos I've already seen on the internet and gives me the information that is also written on the site ... and tells me to make another appointment at the end of next week. I would like to point out that her colleague told me the day before on the phone to go personally to the agency: she doesn't even make the effort to ask her for information or to ask the colleague who manages the advertisement for some information, but she simply tells me: impossible. We do not make telephone appointments (I think he meant a visit to the property ... but that matters little). I just have to leave ... and contact one of the other thousand agencies that are in Verona.
M	Michi Michi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza imbarazzante: dopo aver preso in agenzia un appuntamento per visionare un immobile, ricevo 2 chiamate dall’agenzia : una per confermare l’appuntamento( il giorno prima ) e l’altra 5 minuti prima dell’incontro per disdirlo. Peccato che avevo specificato che mi recavo a Verona appositamente per loro. Così , mi hanno garantito che cercavano di fissarmi un altro appuntamento, ma dopo due giorni di silenzio , sono ritornata in agenzia ed ho scoperto che l’immobile era gia stato affittato il giorno stesso che hanno chiamato per confermare il primo appuntamento. Veramente inaffidabile, non professionali perché fanno sprecare tempo e denaro inutilmente. Embarrassing experience: after making an appointment at the agency to view a property, I receive 2 calls from the agency: one to confirm the appointment (the day before) and the other 5 minutes before the meeting to cancel it. Too bad I had specified that I was going to Verona specifically for them. So, they assured me that they were trying to make another appointment for me, but after two days of silence, I returned to the agency and discovered that the property had already been rented the same day they called to confirm the first appointment. Really unreliable, unprofessional because they waste time and money unnecessarily.
