Sono stati gentili, professionali e comprensivi dell'esigenza di un rapido cambio a causa dell'imminente partenza e della necessitร del PC per lavorare.  I had an emergency with my Mac charger which was twenty days old. They were kind, professional, and understanding of the need for a quick change due to imminent departure and the need for the PC to work. I can say that it is a team of professionals of a unique kindness who assist the customer in an impeccable way. Highly recommended.
