Oggi 23 dicembre (2 giorni a Natale) alle ore 21.00 ho chiamato Andrea ed ho ricevuto piena e completa assistenza per l'inizializzazione dell'IPad acquistato nel pomeriggio. Siamo rimasti 1 ora in videochiamata fino al completamento della procedura. Adesso tutto funziona perfettamente e che dire? Grazie 1000 e Buon Natale. In fact H 25 is just right on the spot. Davvero molto simpatico e super gentile, vorrei trovare sempre questo tipo di servizio nei negozi! Un problema per cui NESSUNO degli INETTI operatori della tim (da cui ho acquistato più di 1000€ di telefono)voleva adempire al DOVERE di prendersene carico e risolverlo. Andrea non centrava nulla con tutto ciò. Non era il suo compito e tanto meno un suo problema. Ciò nonostante se ne è preso carico addirittura come se il problema fosse SUO PERSONALE e non di un suo cliente (cosa che tra l’altro non ero). Risultato: Andrea ha fatto valere i miei DIRITTI DI CONSUMATORE e dopo tre settimane ho riavuto il mio telefono nuovo e perfettamente funzionante. Già che c'ero ne ho approfittato per lasciare alcuni apparecchi che avevano qualche difetto: microfono, altoparlante, inquadratura ottica e tutto è stato risolto in poco tempo. Eccellente. Mi ha recuperato le fotografie e i video di una vita, blindati in un telefono di cui avevo perso codice identificativo, pin e password di ogni tipo. Già questo per me non ha prezzo. Inoltre, Andrea mi ha dedicato del tempo e spiegato con pazienza come gestire bene un IPhone, che per qualcuno può essere una banalità ma per me non lo è affatto.
