Cristian e Piero sono stati eccellenti. I costi richiesti per la mediazione li ho trovati più alti della media di mercato: questa è l'unico punto dolente anche perchè non si offre un servizio aggiuntivo rispetto ad altre agenzie. Il vero valore è costituito dal team di persone davvero in gamba e umanamente disponibile. I turned to this agency for a lease, I found very skilled, friendly and attentive to my requests. Cristian and Piero were excellent. Ho avuto risposte in poco tempo e devo dire la verità, che in 40 giorni siamo andati a rogito, è davvero in gamba e simpatico..... Grande Mattia avanti così..... Dopo che li abbiamo informati di essere interessati a una casa, li abbiamo pure avvisati che volevamo fare il mutuo in banca. Una volta accettato il mutuo, il titolare ci dice che non vuole fare la proposta d'acquisto con noi, che quelli che non fanno il mutuo hanno la priorità, che ci sono tante persone interessate proprio a quella casa (in pratica, se sei interessato e chiedi il mutuo, sei solo uno fra tanti e non meriti l'attenzione dell'agenzia), per non parlare del famoso consulente finanziario (un certo Mattia) su cui insisteva ogni singolo dipendente, chissà perché, pure il titolare anche quando gli è stato detto che il mutuo era stato accettato. Non si capisce bene se il loro scopo è prendere le persone in giro oppure sono talmente incompetenti quanto sembrano di essere. Pessima esperienza comunque, sconsiglio fortemente avere a che fare con loro. L'unica cosa che sanno rispondere alle persone con brutte esperienze è che non risultano nella loro banca dati, mah.
