★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso lo sportello ATM per un prelievo e per problemi tecnici il bancomat non ha erogato il contante (somma importante che mi serviva quel giorno per far fronte a delle spese).
Mi sono quindi rivolta alla cassa e la cassiera che era in turno quel giorno, il 13/07/2020 alle ore 13.30, mi ha detto che non era di sua competenza verificare il movimento in quanto non sono cliente della banca e mi ha consigliato di contattare la mia.
Dopo aver perso una settimana di tempo tra i vari passaggi e tentativi senza risultato sono ritornata e ho parlato con UN'ALTRA CASSIERA che ha risolto il problema in giornata, con la restituzione della somma.
Consiglio di rivalutare il personale.
 I went to the ATM for a withdrawal and for technical problems the ATM did not dispense the cash (important sum that I needed that day to meet the expenses).
I then turned to the cashier and the cashier who was on duty that day, on 13/07/2020 at 13.30, told me that it was not his responsibility to verify the movement as I am not a customer of the bank and he advised me to contact mine.
After losing a week of time between the various steps and unsuccessful attempts, I returned and spoke to ANOTHER CASHIER who solved the problem in the day, with the return of the sum.
I recommend re-evaluating the staff.
