★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Non rispondono al telefono, non rispondono alle mail, non aprono la porta se non si ha un appuntamento, che chiaramente è impossibile ottenere tramite i canali citati.
Sembra non abbiano bisogno di clienti.
Bad. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails, they don't open the door if you don't have an appointment, which is clearly impossible to get through the aforementioned channels.
It seems they don't need customers.

If you could leave a starless review I would. Quite the same experience as the others who have reviewed it. BAD. They don't answer the phone and if they answer and you need something you have to wait days.
