★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa, fatto un sinistro, l'agenzia mi ha consigliato una carrozzeria che mi ha fatto un preventivo alto, perciò non mi hanno risarcito anche se poi, di mia iniziativa sono andata in una carrozzeria di mia conoscenza, dove è stato fatto un preventivo 3 "VOLTE MINORE" di quello che mi aveva proposto la carrozzeria CONVENZIONATA. Continuavano a dirmi che mi contattavano per risolvere, ho chiamato due volte l'assistenza ma non mi hanno mai richiamata. L'HO CAMBIATA CON GRANDE PIACERE.
Negative experience, made a claim, the agency recommended a body shop that gave me a high estimate, so they did not compensate me even if then, on my own initiative, I went to a body shop I know, where a quote was made 3 "TIMES LESS" than what the CONVENTIONED body shop had proposed to me. They kept telling me they contacted me to resolve, I called support twice but they never called me back. I CHANGED IT WITH GREAT PLEASURE.
