Complimenti!!!! tempo di attesa e poi , dopo 8 (otto) minuti registrati di attesa, altra registrazione:"Siamo spiacenti,....riprovi a chiamare tra qualche minuto", vergogna!! "Shortly one of our operators will be at your disposal, ... please wait", this is the registered voice waiting to ask for information ........... Congratulations!!!! waiting time and then, after 8 (eight) minutes of waiting, another recording: "Sorry, .... try calling again in a few minutes", shame on you !!
G	Giovanni Ventriglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto un finanziamento tramite mediaworl, dopo 6 mesi ancora non riesco ad accedere alla mia area personale, dopo 20 chiamate(molte delle quali lunghe attese per poi mettere giù) e 1 volta direttamente in questa filiare, l'operatrice mi dice di chiamare il numero informatico, al numero mi dicono che non riesco ad accedere perche non é stata ancora creata la carta di credito, e non avendo una linea di credito (dopo 6 mesi??), non posso appunto accedere al sito, l'operatrice della filiare, dice che non centra nulla con la carta di credito e di richiamare il numero informatico, e cosi da 2 mesi, gli uni mi dicono di chiamare gli altri, e nessuno che si prende la briga di risolvere il problema. Sempre di fretta e sbrigativi...mai piú findomestic.
