Bad service, the constant change of staff in this agency, means that there is absolutely no relationship between bank and customer. I closed the account after so many years in popular.

Staff who do not explain anything to customers. You end up with a charge on the account and when you call to ask for information no one can give you an explanation saying that they will call you back by your colleague. I'll close that account

Maleducata a non finire! Consiglio vivamente di cambiare banca o filiale! Così capiscono di stare al mondo! VERGOGNA!
I think there is little to say when in a Verona office they gather most of the deficient and incompetent staff who want to work equal to zero ... especially a certain Laura! Rude to no end! I highly recommend changing banks or branches! This is how they understand they are in the world! SHAME!
