Our room was a bit dated and not well sound insulated. Disturbances from the roof top bar must be expected in rooms located on the upper floors at the front. Breakfast was disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is really well located, being right on the canal as well being opposite the vaporetto stop, train station, and bus station. The staff are charming and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, and you can eat outside right beside the canal. The bonus is a great rooftop terrace to watch Venice go by. Would highly recommend.

Early check in is not possible. Even only 1 hour sooner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent several nights in this hotel. The place is nice, practical, close to the station and public transport. The team is friendly and attentive but it is hard to believe that it is a four stars hotel. The rooms are as small as the beds and very noisy (a lot of noises of glass bottle) the sound insulation is zero, the breakfast buffet is tiny. Fortunately I did not come to sleep...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great place! Staff are amazing so is the food, seafood is great, but what really got me is the beef Tartare! Simply stunningly delicious and can't wait to get another one! Romantic and yet child friendly! Great job guys! Please keep the same standards!
