Sono stati giudicati assolutamente incompetenti anche dal servizio tim.
Volevano farmi compilare un modello di richiesta di nuova sim aziendale perchè poi il 191 mi ricontattasse per dirmi di andare nuovamente in negozio a ritirare la sim. Ho chiamato più volte il 191 e tutti mi hanno detto che devono farlo quelli del negozio e non l'utente.
Alla fine mi sono rivolto a un altro punto tim e ho risolto.
Purtroppo mi sono dovuto sobbarcare 200 km per riuscirci.

They were also judged absolutely incompetent by the tim service.
They wanted me to fill out a request form for a new company sim so that 191 would contact me again to tell me to go back to the store to collect the sim. I called 191 several times and everyone told me that the people in the shop have to do it and not the user.
Eventually I turned to another tim point and got it fixed.
Unfortunately I had to undertake 200 km to do it.
