Fatto un cambio piano tariffario errato da parte loro, di cui io ho pagato le conseguenze, non hanno ammesso il loro errore facendolo passare per una cosa gestionale. Ho fatto richiesta di rimborso e loro hanno detto che inoltravano la pratica. Ad oggi parlando con il centro assistenza nulla di tutto ciò è stato fatto. Anzi. Gli errori sono umani, ma è corretto ammettere e cercare di risolvere onestamente. Ore di lavoro perse per risolvere il problema a cui ormai non si pone rimedio. Mai più da loro.
