Al momento sono ammalata, sono senza cartuccia nera, non posso fare niente, non posso stampare, ma appena guarisco, vengo ad acquistare almeno 2 cartucce nere rigenerate della HP. Acquistato set completo da Prink, 85,96 euro, qualità e servizio migliori, speravo.... 3 su 4 cartucce non funzionavano, sono tornato al negozio e me le hanno sostituite, sfortunatamente 1 delle 3 ancora non funzionava, mi hanno chiesto di portare la stampante in negozio per l'ulteriore sostituzione e così ho fatto. Nel frattempo ho fornito io un secondo set di cartucce (ulteriori 17,79 euro) nuove acquistate su Amazon per evitare l'eccessivo consumo delle loro più costose cartucce in ripetuti cicli di pulizia che valutavano necessari. Stampante restituita dopo qualche giorno con le loro cartucce ma dicono che il giallo si è "contaminato" , strano, fino alla settimana prima con le vecchie cartucce il giallo stampava, era un giallo spento ed in effetti ho deciso di spendere di più per colori migliori, ma almeno assomigliava al giallo. Ora stampa giallo che non è giallo e le cartucce da loro fornite non risultano nemmeno piene, ovviamente colpa della stampante che non rileva correttamente l'inchiostro, dicono loro. Morale: la resa cromatica di quelle di Amazon non era precisa ma le cartucce funzionavano tutte e quando non funzionavano Amazon rendeva i soldi. Delusione, si molta, avrei preferito favorire il negozio fisico in zona ma spendere oltre 4 volte di più, la scomodità dei vari passaggi ed il risultato peggiore certo non invita a farlo. Avessero almeno l'onestà di scusarsi .... Allego livello cartucce (nuove) alla consegna ma se richiesto, posso allegare anche gli scontrini a prova di quanto scritto. HP Officejet Pro 8600. Purchased complete set from Prink, 85.96 euros, better quality and service, I was hoping .... 3 out of 4 cartridges did not work, I went back to the shop and they replaced them, unfortunately 1 of the 3 still did not work, they asked me to bring the printer to the shop for further replacement and so I did. In the meantime, I have provided a second set of new cartridges (additional 17.79 euros) purchased on Amazon to avoid the excessive consumption of their more expensive cartridges in repeated cleaning cycles that they considered necessary. Printer returned after a few days with their cartridges but they say that the yellow is "contaminated", strange, until the week before with the old cartridges the yellow was printing, it was a dull yellow and in fact I decided to spend more for better colors , but at least it looked like yellow. Now they print yellow which isn't yellow and the cartridges they supply aren't even full, obviously the fault of the printer not detecting the ink correctly, they say. Moral: the color rendition of the Amazon ones was not accurate but the cartridges all worked and when they didn't work Amazon made money. Disappointment, yes a lot, I would have preferred to favor the physical shop in the area but spending over 4 times more, the inconvenience of the various steps and the worst result certainly does not invite you to do so. At least they had the honesty to apologize .... I attach (new) cartridges level to delivery but if requested, I can also attach receipts to prove what is written.
