Sono passata in negozio per ritirare un telefono prenotato qualche tempo fa e ho trovato Oliver, persona squisita che spero di trovare nuovamente per eventuali questioni post vendita.
La cosa bella è che Oliver non si è limitato a "vendermi" quanto richiesto ma è stato consulenziale e attento alle mie esigenze, consigliandomi in modo eccezionale.
È stata una bella "scoperta" per me!

I went to the shop to pick up a phone booked some time ago and I found Oliver, a lovely person whom I hope to find again for any after-sales issues.
The nice thing is that Oliver did not just "sell" me what was requested but was consultative and attentive to my needs, advising me in an exceptional way.
It was a nice "discovery" for me!

Mi ha servito Oliver P. Con professionalità e pazienza. Avevo un problema all’altoparlante del mio iPhone 12 mini e mi ha risolto il problema con un doppio aggiornamento fatto al momento ed una pulizia del telefono.

Mi è stato regalato un iPhone SE comprato il 24 dicembre
Essendo un regalo, il 25 è stato scartato, ma NON ACCESO
Volevo cambiarlo col modello successivo
Ma una volta in negozio, 3 giorni dopo, ci è stato detto che tolta la pellicola attorno non era più possibile sostituirlo
Peccato che al momento dell’acquisto il dipendente che ha seguito la compravendita ha OMESSO di dirci questa cosa
E dopo essermi informata tramite assistenza, aver parlato direttamente col direttore del negozio ed essermi presentata due volte in negozio per sistemare la questione
Il direttore del punto vendita ha deciso di non presentarsi minimamente di persona, ma dal suo ufficio di dare ordine al dipende di non cambiare il prodotto senza nemmeno averlo visionato. Dopo avermi precedentemente chiesto di un eventuale sigillo sul cavo di carica che se fosse stato intatto(com’era), sarebbe potuto bastare per il cambio modello del telefono
Quindi in tutto questo, per un errore del commesso che aveva seguito la compravendita abbiamo dovuto pagare noi le conseguenze
COMPRATE NEI NEGOZI APPLE UFFICIALI!!!
Lì i cambi e resi vengono fatti tranquillamente entro due settimane (MI SONO INFORMATA DIRETTAMENTE DA LORO)

Dopo milleeeeeee peripezie per l’assistenza, alla fine la procedura si è risolta per il meglio
Ovvero con un eccezione alla regola hanno cambiato il telefono
Bad experience
I was given an iPhone SE bought on December 24th
Being a gift, the 25 was discarded, but NOT LIT
I wanted to change it to the next model
But once in the shop, 3 days later, we were told that once the film was removed, it was no longer possible to replace it
Too bad that at the time of purchase, the employee who followed the sale has FAILED to tell us this
And after I inquired through assistance, spoke directly to the store manager and went to the store twice to settle the matter
The store manager decided not to show up in person at all, but from his office to give the order to the employee not to change the product without even having seen it. After having previously asked me about a possible seal on the charging cable that if it had been intact (as it was), it might have been enough for the phone model change
So in all this, due to a mistake by the clerk who had followed the sale, we had to pay the consequences
BUY IN OFFICIAL APPLE STORES !!!
There, the exchanges and returns are done safely within two weeks (I HAVE INFORMED MYSELF DIRECTLY FROM THEM)
Update
After a thousand and one adventures for assistance, in the end the procedure was resolved for the best
That is, with one exception to the rule, they changed the phone

Voglio citare in particolare Jacopo perché è stato eccezionale, ma voglio lodare anche tutti i suoi colleghi ed il loro responsabile. Grazie ancora.
I congratulate the sales and service staff at this shop. I found great competence, availability and courtesy both for the purchase of the products and for the after-sales technical assistance. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggio del peggio che si possa auspicare in un negozio! Ordinato prodotto.. mi assicurano consegna entro 2 mesi.. ne sono passati quattro!! Nessuna notizia.. li chiami e ogni volta ti dicono una cosa diversa.. incompetenti! IMPROVVISATI! Finalmente arriva il fatidico giorno.. eseguo il bonifico.. mi reco in negozio la settimana a seguire per il ritiro.. E SI RIFIUTANO di consegnarmi il prodotto perché a loro dire la loro amministrazione ancora non ha emesso la fattura!!! Mi sono messo pure ad urlare !!!! Io che mi prendo permesso dal lavoro e faccio 40km… per un prodotto che attendo da 4 mesi.. e che ho già pagato.. e che hanno li.. e mi dicono di tornare nei giorni prossimi?? FATE SCHIFO!! NESSUN RISPETTO PER I CLIENTI! Mai più ordinerò qualcosa e divulgherò in ogni dove e ad ogni persona della pessima esperienza! W Amazon e W la globalizzazione. Ho voluto dare fiducia ai negozi locali.. ma questo è il risultato! MAI PIU
The worst of the worst that could be hoped for in a shop! Ordered product .. they assure me delivery within 2 months .. it's been four !! No news .. you call them and every time they tell you something different .. incompetent! IMPROVISED! Finally the fateful day arrives .. I make the transfer .. I go to the store the following week for the collection .. AND THEY REFUSE to deliver the product because they say their administration has not yet issued the invoice !!! I started screaming too !!!! I who take leave from work and do 40km ... for a product that I have been waiting for for 4 months .. and that I have already paid for .. and they have them .. and they tell me to come back in the next few days? YOU SUCK !! NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS! Never again will I order something and divulge everywhere and to every person about the bad experience! W Amazon and W globalization. I wanted to trust the local shops .. but this is the result! NEVER AGAIN
