I bought a cover from them and they told me that if I put a 5-star review they would give me a discount of € 5, needless to say that obviously I didn't accept and they didn't even give me the purchase receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Team poco cordiale e non tanto compotente nei vari ambiti, se posso dare un consiglio al titolare sarebbe meglio che trattassero con più gentilizza i clienti e con più cura gli smartphone in riparazione.
Unfriendly team and not so competent in the various areas, if I can give the owner some advice it would be better if they treated the customers more politely and with more care the smartphones being repaired.

Anche a me hanno chiesto una recensione positiva al momento del acquisto regalandomi una cover .
I bought a refurbished iphone 8 they told me I had a 1 year warranty and after 4/5 months the rear camera vibrated, moral of the story they wanted 30 € for the repair.
They also asked me for a positive review at the time of purchase by giving me a cover.
