★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace dare una valutazione negativa, ma ho sempre trovato i vestiti molto belli e oggi per la prima volta sono andata perché dovevo provare dei vestiti per una cerimonia, le ragazze sono state entrambe scortesi, una delle ragazze mi ha rifilato un vestito a caso e mi ha risposto "provatelo" in modo freddo e frettoloso. L'altra addirittura quando le ho sorriso e mi stavo avvicinando per chiederle se potevo provare dei vestiti mi ha guardata malissimo e mi ha ignorata. Non so se sono capitata in un momento no, in ogni caso non si fa così e ovviamente me ne sono andata abbastanza infastidita.
 I am sorry to give a negative evaluation, but I have always found the clothes very beautiful and today for the first time I went because I had to try on some clothes for a ceremony, the girls were both rude, one of the girls gave me a dress at random and he replied "try it" in a cold and hurried way. The other even when I smiled and I was approaching to ask her if I could try on some clothes she looked at me very badly and ignored me. I don't know if I happened in a moment no, in any case it doesn't work like that and obviously I left quite annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un pò di mesi fà una maglietta con delle paiete da usare per Capodanno, e solo indossandola (a Capodanno) mi rendo conto che le paiete non sono state saldate bene e si staccano.. Mi reco nel negozio per chiedere una sostituzione e la commessa mora con la frangetta in maniera molto maleducata mi dice che deve sentire il servizio clienti e mi farà sapere.. A distanza di 4 giorni, non sentendo niente, chiamo io il servizio clienti e mi dicono che la commessa non si era preoccupata di chiamare.. e comunque erano trascorsi due mesi dall'acquisto e dunque la maglia non me la cambiano perchè dovevo accorgermi prima.. E tralasciamo i solleciti fatti al servizio clienti tramite mail per avere delle risposte.. Non lo trovo giusto.. e sopratutto per lavorare con le persone ricordate l'educazione!! Peccato perchè ho acquistato molte cose in questo negozio.. e veramente con questa cosa mi avete deluso.
I bought a few months ago a shirt with paiete to be used for New Year, and only by wearing it (on New Year's Eve) do I realize that the paiete have not been welded well and come off .. I go to the shop to ask for a replacement and brunette saleswoman with bangs in a very rude way she tells me that she must feel the customer service and she will let me know .. After 4 days, not hearing anything, I call the customer service and they tell me that the saleswoman had not bothered to call .. and in any case two months had passed since the purchase and therefore the shirt does not change it because I had to notice it before .. And we leave out the reminders made to the customer service by email to get answers .. I don't find it right .. and above all for work with people remember education !! Too bad because I bought many things in this shop .. and really with this thing you disappointed me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una commessa che cerca di accontentare i clienti ( e non riesce a seguire nessuno e quindi c'è il " fai da te')e una che fa dell' altro, dal mio punto di vista, il personale non è piu professionale come una volta . Mi riferisco del negozio all' interno dell' Adigeo.
A saleswoman who tries to please customers (and cannot follow anyone and therefore there is the "do it yourself") and one who does something else, from my point of view, the staff are no longer professional as they once were I am referring to the shop inside the Adigeo.
