โ โ โ โ โ Sono stata due mesi fa per comprare un giaccone e la responsabile era stata bravissima.
Sono tornata oggi, ma all'ingresso c'era una transenna per cui non si capiva se si poteva entrare o meno. Dentro, servizio scadente, come se le disturbassi.
Spero di tornare e ritrovare la responsabile la prossima volta, magari riesco a comprare quello che cerco.
I went two months ago to buy a jacket and the manager had been very good.
I came back today, but at the entrance there was a barrier so it was not clear whether you could enter or not. Inside, poor service, as if you are bothering them.
I hope to come back and find the manager next time, maybe I can buy what I'm looking for.

โ โ โ โ โ Recently I have visited this shop and was very badly surprised by the staff behaviour. I was asked by the shop assistant to use hand sanitizer before entering the shop which I kindly refused and explained that I have sensitive skin and using hand sanitizer burns my skin. The shop assistant insisted that I cannot enter the shop without using the gel and told me to leave. Firstly they have no right to request this (they can ask me, but I have no obligation), secondly I do not want to spend money in a shop like this. She might have been instructed by her manager so I dont blame her but this is absolutely unacceptable.
