Dopo neanche un mese l'anello del mio ragazzo aveva dei difetti non dovuto da lui. Era chiaro che non erano dei graffi ma che era un difetto dell'anello. Mi presento in negozio con lo scontrino, il problema era evidente a occhio nudo, nonostante questo la signora che ci ha seguito non vedeva il problema e di malavoglia ha deciso di cambiare l'anello che in quel momento non era presente in negozio. Siamo tornati il giorno dopo come ci aveva 'consigliato' la signora, e mentre spiego il problema alla ragazza che mi serviva in quel momento, la signora del giorno prima quasi urla dall'altra parte del negozio con poco rispetto per la ragazza che ci serviva e a noi che siamo dovuti tornare per risolvere un problema evidente ma che lei non vedeva. Un'esperienza rovinata, inutile dire che se sarà presente la signora non farò mai più acquisti in questo punto vendita. I bought two rings to share with my boyfriend. The girl who served me was amazing, polite and courteous, even giving me advice. After less than a month my boyfriend's ring had flaws not due to him. It was clear that they weren't scratches but that it was a defect in the ring. I show up in the shop with the receipt, the problem was evident to the naked eye, despite this the lady who followed us did not see the problem and reluctantly decided to change the ring that was not present in the shop at that time. We went back the next day as the lady had 'advised' us, and as I explain the problem to the girl I needed at the time, the lady from the day before almost yells across the shop with little respect for the girl we were serving and to us who had to go back to solve an obvious problem that she didn't see. A ruined experience, needless to say that if the lady is present I will never make purchases in this store again.

Le ragazze sono state scortese e alla fine ho ordinato il cinturino online da un'altro negozio perchè dopo 3 settimane ancora non si sono fatte sentire. I miei soldi non li spenderó mai qui. Unpleasant experience. I asked for a simple strap for a watch, but not even 5 of them could explain how I should have done it. The girls were rude and I finally ordered the strap online from another shop because after 3 weeks they still haven't heard from. I will never spend my money here.

Una commessa bionda le ha rifilato un orecchino di una collezione vecchia spacciandolo per "nuovo arrivo". Sono certa che fosse una collezione vecchia in quanto l'ho comprato io stessa qualche anno fa proprio in questo negozio. Non essendo stata in negozio al momento dell'acquisto, l'ho visto una volta tornata a casa. Abbiamo effettuato il reso in un altro punto vendita, dove ci è stato confermato che non era un nuovo arrivo e dove ci è stato detto che non possiamo più effettuare il cambio se questo nuovo orecchino non dovesse piacere, appunto perché abbiamo già effettuato un reso. Non andrò mai più in questo negozio e lo sto già sconsigliando a tutti i miei amici e conoscenti. Bad experience! My mom bought a pair of earrings to give away for Christmas. A blonde saleswoman gave her an earring from an old collection, passing it off as a "new arrival". I'm sure it was an old collection as I bought it myself a few years ago in this shop. Not having been in the shop at the time of purchase, I saw it once I got home. We made the return in another store, where we were confirmed that it was not a new arrival and where we were told that we can no longer make the change if this new earring does not like it, precisely because we have already made a return. I will never go to this shop again and I am already recommending it to all my friends and acquaintances.

Ci hanno messo inoltre 1 MESE per accorciare un braccialetto (Tra l'altro non hanno neanche misurato il mio polso e mi hanno suggerito di accorciarlo... solo che una volta arrivato era comunque troppo largo...) Hanno dei bei prodotti ma il personale davvero sconsigliato e totalmente incompetente nel punto vendita Adigeo... I found myself very bad ... girls rude both when buying and picking up. Non ero in grado di decidermi su un braccialetto da fare come regalo e la commessa è stata veramente molto carina nel consigliarmi. Il braccialetto è meraviglioso e di una luminosità bellissima. Visto che c'ero mi sono fatta fare anche un paio di buchi alle orecchie. Veramente esperienza top I had a great time. Staff very helpful and friendly and above all patient. I was unable to decide on a bracelet to give as a gift and the saleswoman was really very nice in advising me. The bracelet is wonderful and of a beautiful brightness. Since I was there I also had a couple of pierced ears. Truly top experience
