Per fortuna me ne sono accorta prima di uscire dal negozio. Delusa sia dal negozio che dal servizio clienti Mai più!

Mi sono recata stamani al punto vendita presso le corti venete San Martino Buon Albergo Verona.
In quanto dovevo effettuare un cambio di anelli .
Al mio arrivo c’era già la commessa occupata con un cliente , subito dopo si è presentata un’altra ragazza che ,con aria indispettita e arrogante si è prestata per il cambio

Non ha detto buongiorno
Al momento della mia richiesta di cambio si è infastidita dicendo che non avevo la fattura , ma senza che io mi scomponga più di tanto ., le ho detto che non avevo il cartaceo ma avevo la classica ricevuta consegnatami via mail ( dato che ho acquistato on line ) e così le ho mostrato la mail dal cellulare.
Subito la sua risposta “ non abbiamo la possibilità di cambio “ ne ho soltanto uno .
Allora le risposi di stare calma che non c’è bisogno di rivolgersi così con toni arroganti
La sua risposta è stata che lei non aveva iniziato il turno e ci stava facendo una CORTESIA !!!
Lei stessa ci ha consigliato di andare in un altro store Pandora
Visto la sua poca professionalità,sono andata via senza alcun risultato..
Il personale va qualificato con attenzione visto il noto marchio..
Prima di tutto cordialità, disponibilità e gentilezza,cosa del tutto sconosciuta al personale mai più metterò piede li dentro...

Immediately his response "we do not have the possibility of exchange" I only have one.
Then I replied to be calm that there is no need to speak in such arrogant tones
Her response was that she hadn't started her shift and was giving us a COURTESY !!!
She herself advised us to go to another Pandora store
Given his lack of professionalism, I left without any result ..
The personnel must be carefully qualified given the well-known brand.
First of all cordiality, availability and kindness, something completely unknown to the staff I will never set foot in there again ...
